The property owners were fantastic to deal with; very personable and quick to respond to any communication. The property was excellent and located just a short drive to the game (10 mins). The neighbourhood was friendly and very safe. The house was clean and had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely Perfect!

Everything was AMAZING at this lovely home! The only bad thing was that we had to leave to travel back home! The beds were amazing, new appliances in the kitchen, lovely lighting throughout the home, backyard patio was great, air condition was perfect, dining area was exactly what our family wanted! Literally, not one bad thing to say. We will definitely be booking again on our next visit!

We were celebrating my youngest sister's birthday. The house felt like a home. It was beautiful and decorated exquisitely. The furnishings were all of great quality. The only downside was that we did not stay longer. The property manager was so helpful and nice. I will definitely rent this property again when in Florida.

A clean and comfortable home.

The house was very clean, comfortable and home-like. Everything was exactly as pictured. We ate a lot of our meals in, and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. We were disappointed that the back yard was noisy from the busy road just behind the back fence, which made it hard to sit outside for very long. But overall, we had a very good stay.

Nice neighborhood

Very nice and clean place. There were four of us. Sits up against the highway but it was not that noticeable. Could have used a few more kitchen items such as a larger frying pan for eggs, few more wine glasses and dinner plates. We tended to cook dinner and eat breakfast in. Other than that I would stay here again.

Book it! Excellent property with attention to detail- travel size toiletries, extra laundry and dishwasher pods, paper towels and trash bags- so you can enjoy your vacation and not worry about the little things. Very, very clean, spacious, and inviting. Comfy beds with plenty of pillows and super plush down comforters. Family board games and sand chairs are nice touches. Responsive, welcoming hosts. Have sent this link to my uncle who lives in Dunedin since he is always looking for a great place to recommend for family and friends who come to visit.

Great affordable location to be near Clearwater & Tampa. 30 min to Clearwater beaches & to TPA. Parking is convenient. Necessity toiletries are provided (hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, bar soap) as well as dish soap for the kitchen. Has easy to use coffee maker plus k-cups & sugar & creamer. Grocery stores close by to get whatever else needed. Also has some kitchen necessities (foil, zip-lock bags, seasonings, etc) to not have to buy new. Beds are a bit on the hard side. Wi-Fi is handy. A/C works great! Powder room (half bath) came in handy. Also has laundry detergent provided to get some laundry done. Beach chairs & beach towels & umbrella & toys are handy for beach day; though have to shake out beach towels… still had some sand in them. Wish check-out time could be 11am/noon instead of 10am since we had to load dishes into dishwasher, remove all linens & beddings, & take out all trash… that’s a lot to do in addition to packing up… didn’t venture into backyard but there’s outdoor chairs & tables for use. Need to have a dresser and luggage bench in 2nd bedroom. Kids like the bookshelf of books & games. Keyless entry works great! Flood light come on at driveway at night for safety! Would keep the location as an option for next TPA visit!

The entire process was simple & owners are friendly & available for any questions or concerns. The house is very clean, comfortable & the kitchen is equipped with everything you may need. Above & beyond our expectations

Bastar and Samantha were excellent hosts! Their property is beautiful, clean and comfortable. I always forget to pack something when I travel, so it was such a pleasant surprise to find they had a box of extras such as toothpaste, toothbrushes, tampon, make-up remover wipes, shampoo, conditioner, soap and more! They also found out we were coming to Tampa to celebrate my oldest turning 13 and to visit grandparents. His birthday was the following day of arrival, but because of delays in flights, we got in about 1:30 AM and it was such a nice surprise for him to have a Happy Birthday balloon, and gift waiting for him. I can’t even describe the joy on his face. THANK YOU for such a wonderful stay!! We will definitely remember you for the next time we come to town and will recommend to other family and friends traveling that way!

Great Place to Stay!!

From the booking process and throughout our stay, we were so pleased with this property. We ended up having to change dates at the last minute and the owners were very accommodating which was so appreciated. For us, cleanliness is so important and this property was immaculate! We had a four night stay and it was very comfortable, had a great quiet location and was close to all amenities and a short drive to beaches and Dunedin which is a quaint town. It's about a 30 min drive from Tampa airport, close to Dunedin and close to shopping and all amenities. The house is decorated in a nice beach style and well looked after. Would definitely stay here again when we come back to Dunedin! Thanks again to the property owners for providing a great place to stay and for being so kind in arranging for a new date to stay and answering any questions we had. We had a great time and very much enjoyed staying here!

Great location to explore Dunedin/Clearwater/Safety Harbor

The house was clean and the owners were very easy to contact. They have easy to see info up on the wall as well as a binder that also has relevant emergency contact info and suggestions on where to go for food and drinks. We were introducing some friends to Dunedin and the location was very nice. A quiet neighborhood meant that we could easily relax after spending the day around town or down on Honeymoon island. The fact that it was only a 10 min Uber/Lyft ride away meant that we didn't spend a lot of time driving. Overall the house was perfect and they even leave you a gift basket for your arrival. Knowing the area this would also be a good location if you wanted to spend some time in Safety Harbor or Clearwater. Both are only a little farther away than Dunedin. The last day of our trip we left for Bush Gardens which was only about 45 min away. So this could even be a nice location for a Tampa theme park trip.
