Lisa’s place was a perfect base of operations for an attending spring training games with our family. Having the pool in the backyard is a bonus for a late afternoon dip. Convenient to all Dunedin has to offer, we would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous property just a short walk from TD Ballpark and downtown Dunedin. Exactly as advertised and checks all the boxes.

Great location. Great place to stay.

Location is close to bike path and a mile from Dunedin market place. Lots to do. And the pool is great. The house is in a great neighborhood and has everything you need to enjoy being in Florida.

Dunedin visit

This property was perfect. Beautiful inside, all that you need for a great stay. The location was perfect. Within biking or walking distance to downtown and close to beaches and other attractions. Would definitely recommend.

Convenient with a pool but a bit warm inside

This house is one of a few rentals in the area with a pool. Even though it is in Clearwater, it is close enough to Dunedin to enjoy all that town has to offer. The option of renting a golf cart was awesome and made going to baseball games or restaurants a breeze. The only request is that the thermostat be unlocked. It was set on 76 and couldn’t be adjusted. The owner was quick to reply except for that issue. Still a good house to rent.

Thank for you kind review. I always keep the air set at 75* and I have never had anyone complain it was too warm since there are fans in eve room. Unfortunately, I do not have a remote thermostat but I did drive an hour and a half away to bring it down a few degrees to make it more comfortable for you.

Lisa was very responsive when needed and very welcoming. The coastal vibe of her home was very calming. Loved the outdoor lanai and pool area. It was cooler than ususl during the initial part of my stay this year so did not use the pool but enjoyed sitting by it!
Great screened in area to enjoy your morning coffee or a cold beverage later in the day. Generally very quiet area.
Nice pool area but not heated. Very relaxing and great morning and afternoon sun.
