Gorgeous Waterfront cottage in sunny West Kelowna on Okanagan lake

Enjoy the stunning lake views from our beautiful cottage located right on Okanagan Lake and only steps to the water from the lower deck.

The cottage is well appointed with three private decks providing fantastic views, three bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors and a well equipped newly renovated custom kitchen.

Enjoy a refreshing swim in the clear water of Okanagan Lake directly in front of the cottage, relax on the lounge chairs on the lower deck or on one of the other two private decks overlooking the water. Hiking, wine tours, golf and restaurants are a short drive, boat ride or paddle away. There are two paddle boards and a small row boat at the cottage for you to enjoy. We also have a private buoy for use.

Three bedrooms: two on the top level with vaulted ceilings and one on the lower level will hold up to six guests. An additional two guests can sleep on the fold out sofa bed.

Living area, kitchen and one bathroom are located on the main level. Enjoy the lake view and starry sky in the evening from your soaker tub in the master bedroom on the third floor.

There are three decks at different levels from which to enjoy the view (coffee in the morning from the upper deck, sunbathing on the lower deck during the day and relaxing at night on the main deck sectional with the fire table) so best suited for those without mobility issues.

Enjoy a flat screen TV, air conditioning and high-speed wireless internet, BBQ, high-end washer and dryer and so much more.

The cottage is stocked with washroom supplies and all kitchen needs (pots, pans, cutlery, plates, bowl cups, glasses etc.)

Golfing and restaurants nearby – a 5 minute drive to Lake Okanagan Resort.

20 minutes to Kelowna – a world away!

Private, gated, complimentary parking close to the cottage.

Nice place on the water

Very nice rental , beach isn’t the best but we knew that going in , it was a great stay and location and the paddle boards really were a nice touch !

A little piece of paradise

This property had absolutely stunning views of the water. Was very clean and nicely decorated inside. It had everything we could have possibly needed. It’s was so nice to be right on the water!

Beautiful lakefront property!

Everything at the property was wonderful! The house was fully stocked with everything we needed and more. Only thing that would have added more comfort to our stay would have been more fans supplied in the living space and bedrooms. With the summer heat, the small AC unit did not cool the house well enough. Other then that we very much enjoyed our stay!

So Beautiful

We stayed at this property in May with a group of ladies and it was such a lovely stay! Such beautiful views, we loved staring at the water during the day and sitting around the fire table at night. The only thing that I could see being an issue is that the house is quite loud/creaky with the wood floors (bring ear plugs if you need them!) but it wasn’t too big of a deal for our group. We still had the best time at this property and would definitely stay again. Feels like a relaxing/secluded getaway while still being really close to Kelowna and the wineries.

Pretty satisfied

Very nice property and well stocked. We were the first stay of the year so there were several aspects that were not checked on to make sure they were working. For example, I had to break into the storage locker (with consent) to get the paddle boards. The bbq and the fire pit also were not working. The owner was travelling so couldn't get these things fixed. All fixable issues though and would stay here again.

Wonderful Property!

Greg and Karla’s place in Nahum was amazing! We were a group of 8 (4 couples) and it was the perfect getaway. We were able to bring our boat and tie up to their private buoy. All 3 decks allowed for fun in the sun. The views were awesome from all areas of the house. The kitchen was spacious and was very easy to cook for 8 guests. We were actually shocked how fully stocked the kitchen actually was! I typically have to bring so many items with me but they had so many necessary items to use. If they have us, we will 100% be back next year and most likely for a whole week this time!

Expected better

Our check in time was 4:00 and cleaners were still there. Patio had bats living there and droppings all over patio. The stairs to the water were overgrown with branches and made walking the stairs riskier. The listing stated air conditioned but only had a hallway a/c unit so very uncomfortable. For the price not up to standard.

Not the best

Advertised as having A/C, a little unit you get at Walmart for the whole building is not A/C. The beach is almost unusable, the blasted rocks will cut your feet or roll your ankle unless you wear hiking boots to go swimming. The weeds( wild rose bushes) have almost engulfed the stairs If you survived the stair scratchers the beach would get you… Not really impressed…

The place is fine. All cabins are sandwiched in - no space between the neighbors next door, on either side. A long walk down to the lake. No slip for ypur boat, so that was a surprise, because the listing looks like it will accommodate a boat, it was not great for our small group who had a waterskiing boat.Only one bedroom fully closes, the rest of the beds and sleeping spaces do not have actual privacy.

Lovely lake getaway

Greg and Karla's cottage on the lake made for a fantastic getaway for my family. Plenty of room for my husband and two sons. We enjoyed being right on the lake. A bit of a drive into town, but the big horn sheep along the way we fun to see.

My family and I spent a week at the cottage and was the best vacation we have ever had!!

The cottage was exactly as the pictures showed. It was clean, organized and fully equipped with anything you need. It is decorated nicely, with positive sayings all over the house, which we loved!! The Okanagan lake is just steps away, which was winderful. Spending time on each deck, listening to the water was just amazing! Greg and Kayla have thought of everything, from the beautiful scented candles to the lovely soap in the shower, to the wonderful furnishings. We had such an amazing time, we didn't want to leave! Greg and Kayla responded very quickly to all of my messages. I would highly recommend a vacation at this property!

Cottage weekend with friends

Amazing time at this great cottage! Highly recommended this lakefront cabin… everything was as stated and Greg and Karla were very communicative and made the trip easy to coordinate. Will be back next summer!
