Located on the quiet gravel streets of back beach Blairgowrie, 350m from Bridgewater Bay rockpools, you'll find serenity in abundance here, set amongst established coastal gardens with open-plan living and dining opening entirely to the front-facing decked patio, where you can sit and listen to the crashing waves.

Due to strict Shire regulations, I do not accept any bookings for parties, functions, weddings or events, bucks/hens bookings or schoolies groups. I only host families i.e. adults and children or smaller mature groups

Featuring 3 bedrooms, the home sleeps 8 in total and has 2.5 bathrooms (main with spa and shower), an open plan living area with plasma TV, air conditioning and open fireplace which all opens out to a front deck - perfect for entertaining with BBQ facilities and a fully fenced garden. There is also a modern and bright kitchen, which has all modern appliances, adjoining a dining area. There are two bedrooms on this level, one with a king bed, and the other with two double beds, where the main bathroom is comprised of a spa bath to relax your day away.

Downstairs there is a fabulous second living area or 'kids’ zone' with plasma TV, board games, books and toys and the third bedroom with 2 single bunks (sleeping 4).

Laundry facilities include: washing machine, iron, ironing board.
