Summary:
Atocha is part of the quiet complex called "Harborwalk Hideaways," located in the Historic Seaport district of Old Town Key West. This 2 bed, 1 bath cottage comes with top-of-the-line furnishings, a small shared dipping pool with a waterfall feature, and a spacious outdoor area to spend your days in the Florida sun. Atocha is in a prime location, just across the street from the Historic Seaport.

The Space:
Atocha Cottage comes fully equipped with 2 super comfy Queen beds with Tempur-Pedic mattresses. It also includes a full-size fold out sleeper sofa in living room (futon style) - comfortably sleeping up to 6 adults.

This cottage features a large flat screen Smart TVs in both the living room and bedrooms with streaming options & free WiFi. Both bedrooms offer amazingly comfortable Queen beds, bedside lighting with charging outlets, a full length mirror, ceiling fans and ice cold AC. This property does not have a full kitchen, however it does feature a mini fridge, microwave, & Keurig.

The eloquently designed bathroom has a walk in shower with hotel quality linens & toiletries.

Parking Information: Please be advised that there is no designated parking at this property, however, there is a pay for parking lot across the street and another one located at 300 Grinell St nearby. We can provide you with recommendations for parking additional vehicles upon request!

There are a variety of great ways to explore Key West including by bicycle, pedi-cab, moke, scooter, golf cart, Uber, Taxi, or by feet. As this unit is located in downtown Key West, many attractions are within walking distance. Feel free to ask us for recommendations!

Good management team - great location

The cottage was a hidden gem - our check-in was delayed so the Brightwild team refunded us the Cleaning fee and were great communicators. There were 5 of us which made the single bathroom a busy place in the morning and at nights, and although there were 2 other cottages we did not even see or hear the other renters. Great location.

Great location

Great little place to stay in the middle of everything !!! Would stay again. The only issue we had was there was no hot water for showers in the morning.

Atocha cottage

The location was good and it fit our needs as far as number of beds etc. overall inside the unit was clean. However, the a/c didn’t work properly and it was extremely cold and we could not adjust it. Outside the garbage cans were completely over flowing and not emptied so our neighbors had to leave all their trash on the common table. The noise which we think came from the ice cream shop closing at night was a lot and lasted quite a while.

Great house

There are so many wonderful things about this house. The beds were comfortable, the outdoor dipping pool was a great perk and the outdoor area in general was cute. The location, while convenient to everything, is very loud. The neighboring businesses produce lots of late night and early morning bangs and beeps. Also, the center ac in the bedrooms isn’t very good. We were forced to leave the bedrooms doors open to allow the living room wall unit to push cool air into the bedroom. Great for the bedroom but resulted in the living room being ice cold.
