Enjoy a relaxing escape in "Island Palms Retreat," a beautifully furnished and updated condo nestled in a lazy beachside complex, just a few steps from the pool and boardwalk to the beach. and a few miles from numerous St. Augustine attractions! Take in the fresh salty air mornings and afternoons on two patios among manicured landscaping. Step out to the community pool which is adjacent to a gorgeous beach boardwalk with magnificent views overlooking the ocean, and taking you right down to the sand where you will enjoy family-time playing in the waves, building sand castles, or just soaking in the sun! Living spaces and the bedrooms have been thoughtfully updated with a fun island vibe. Island Palms Retreat is a first floor unit, making it easy to come and go. A shady, reserved parking space is located convenient to the unit. Additional parking is available just a short walk away in the front of the complex. Cook dinner "at home" in the updated kitchen outfitted with cooking and serving supplies. The living and dining area is perfect for relaxing together, playing games, or watching a movie. Step out onto the balcony from the living room or the master bedroom for a cup of coffee in the mornings, or a glass of wine in the evenings. Sleep well in the Master bedroom with King sized bed and ensuite bathroom. or the second bedroom which is furnished with two twin XL beds, perfect for the kids or two adults. Bedrooms are outfitted with fresh, crisp linens, and the bathrooms with soft, white towels.

NOTE: $500 cancellation fee applies to all bookings 27 days or more.

Startup bathroom, kitchen, and laundry supplies are provided with each booking.

25 year age requirement to book and stay: Tenant must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age (an "adult") and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reserved dates.

Noise Ordinance: The city of St. Augustine has a noise ordinance that prohibits noise between the hours of 10:00pm-6:00am Sunday-Thursday, and 11:00pm-7:00am Friday-Saturday. Violations can result in a $500 fee.

No smoking or vaping on the property. $500 fine for rule violation.

First family girls trip!

Size was just right and very convenient for pool and beach fun! Parking was a little wonky from a placement perspective. In general some updates are needed, beds were not comfortable, coffee maker needs to be replaced, refrigerator beeped endlessly, freezer door broken and walls very thin. Additionally received pertinent check in information and details in a variety of different mediums, would suggest sending all the things needed either by email or text but including all the things at one time. So we have one place to get all the things we need for checkin, during stay and checkout. Also lots of reference to 300 in free events/activities, but none of that was present or any insight provided into how to utilize.

Butler Beach Quail Hollow

We enjoyed our two weeks day at Quail Hollow. The unit was exactly as the pictures showed the kitchen was fully stocked. It is steps to the pool. There are steep steps uphill to the boardwalk. The unit was listed as Palm Island Retreat on VRBO. It is in the Quail Hollow Condominium Complex. It took us a while to find the complex and the unit numbering is confusing and not well displayed. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

Great stay

We had a great stay at the Island Palms Retreat!! The condo is comfortable airy & spacious, just as advertised! The location of the condo with in the community was perfectly situated & quiet. We loved the offering of a daily i trip local ticket & this inspired us to get out & take advantage of local history & entertainment. The host communicated with great detail & was quick to respond back to our questions. We will definitely be back to this property again!!

Great Location - Beach and Pool

Had a very enjoyable time. The property is located conveniently to St. Augustine. It was great having a family oriented pool available and also having beach access to the Atlantic. We had other family members who live in side the intercoastal, we were 10 minutes from their home with the bridge crossing about 1/2 mile away. Would recommend to any visiting the area (visit included me, my wife, and adult daughter).

Overall it was a nice place. We wished it was closer to the beach, however was not far. Good location and close to many attractions. Property management was excellent and very responsive. Our only complaint was that we could hear ppl upstairs walking as the walls were thin.

Great Condo Close to the Beach

My husband and I stayed here for three weeks. The beach access was easy, just a few steps away. We like to have the ability to cook at home on long stays, and the kitchen was well equipped to do so. We enjoyed many attractions, museums and restaurants in downtown St. Augustine and St. Augustine beach (about 9 miles). The quite nature of this condo community and pretty beach was greatly appreciated.

Nice beach getaway

We had a family wedding in St. Augustine and decided to make it into a vacation stay on the beach. This little gem was perfect! Located on one of the best East Coast beaches in Florida. We found it easy to take short day trips both North and South. There are two great restaurants within walking distance, and groceries just a short drive away. The condo is newly remodeled and cozy. Kitchen was functional with everything to make cooking at home easy. TV’s were easy to use. Beds were very comfortable. Condo comes with one parking spot, but has plenty of guest parking in the front. There are stairs and a boardwalk that crosses a protected dune. It’s a beautiful walk to the pristine beach. We enjoyed taking in the sunrises and sunsets. We would recommend staying here.

Lovely

The condo was clean and updated. There was a strong smell when we first walked in but by the 2nd day we didn’t notice it. We loved that it was so close to the pool and beach access. There are a lot of stairs to get to the beach so you can’t bring your beach items in a wagon. Overall we had such a beautiful time at this location and we had everything that we needed.

Overall the place is very nice and clean inside. The location is a little farther from the beach than what I expected though. The bedrooms were extremely hot at night with no fans available.

Beach Bliss!!

The apartment was clean, bright, and just perfect. Well appointed with everything we needed for the stay. A short walk to the beach and close to everything downtown. Great beach get away!

This was a wonderful beach getaway. Clean, updated beautifully, all things you could possibly need were included. Pool for a swim was a few steps away, and the beach was just a quick walk up a ramp. Lovely complex, quiet and well cared for. We would definitely stay again!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the Quail Hollow condo. It was very nicely decorated and clean, as well as stocked with the essentials. It is also in a good location, close to a lot of good restaurants and activities. A short walk to the beach. The only fault we found was the noise level from the upstairs unit. We could hear all the footfalls of the adults and the running around of the kids above us. If anyone is staying above you, you will hear them walking around as well as a lot of creaks and other noises. It's probably a better place for families who have young children who will drown out the noise ...
