Single level house.

Very nice. Only a small step to deal with at the front door and one down to the laundry area. Backyard access not really suitable for elderly with ambulatory issues, but didn't need access beyond deck anyway. Please note that the timber at the base of the entry doorway to the bungalow isn't/has never been secured properly.
