Daytona's Newest Oceanfront Resort! Max Beach Resort 2Bd, 2Ba, Sunset City View

This 1,435 square foot residence features a well-appointed, stylish, modern design with an open concept, 2 bedrooms (1 King & 1 Queen), 2 full baths, premium wi-fi, kitchen, breakfast bar, living/dining area and washer and dryer. The open concept living space turns the kitchen, living room and balcony into 1000+ square feet of entertainment space with sliding doors that open wide to create a true indoor/outdoor experience. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, full sized refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, oven, stove top, coffee maker, pots, pans, cooking utensils and dishware to be able to make your favorite meal. Dine at either the breakfast counter with seats for four or at the outside table with seats for four.

Floor-to-ceiling windows offers sweeping views and natural light throughout the residence. Sliding doors from the living room and the two bedrooms lead to a spacious 248 square foot terrace creating a private outdoor dining and living room. The open concept living room area provides plenty of room to lounge on either the sofa or two chairs to enjoy television on the 65" 4k flat screen television. The sofa opens to a queen-sized sleeper sofa. The Master bedroom features the largest master bedrooms of all the residences and has a king bed, 50" 4k flat screen television, and closet space with plenty of room to unpack and feel at home either a short or extended stay. The ensuite bathroom has a double vanity and walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed, 50" 4k flat screen television and closet space. The second bath has a single vanity and shower/tub combination. Both bedrooms have access to the terrace.

Max Beach Resort is a community of 72 decked-out, ocean-view residences, blending the freedom and flexibility of a private vacation rental with the services, amenities, and little luxuries of a beach resort.

Loved that both bedrooms had access to the extra large balcony. Beautiful updated condo with comfortable beds and living room furniture! Breakfast at the Venn restaurant was top notch! Underground parking was a super extra bonus!

Great place!

We really loved the space and location! Just a heads up Inside your unit there is not good sound proofing… you can hear everything from each room even when doors are closed. It was very clean & would definitely stay again!

When we checked in, I went to our room. It was already assigned to someone else, went back to the check-in desk gave me another room. The key wouldn’t work went back to the check-in desk gave me a third room. Meanwhile, my friends and family are dragging our luggage all around to these three different rooms. No one bothered to help us. Check in is a disaster.

Convenient and clean

Clean and well kept unit. Bathrooms clean and beds were comfy. Had cool concrete ceilings but noticed a wet patch at entrance of master bedroom that may need to be addressed. Balcony had a partial view of ocean. Restaurant downstairs had good food and Peter gave us great service. Beach access is amazing…

Max-mum getaway

Location was further down A1A pass the boardwalk about 2 miles onto the left. Definitely more secluded and calmer on beach side. The pool and jacuzzi were not crowded during our stay in March during the week of spring break. There was always a few cops on duty making their local rounds through streets and neighborhoods across from us. Nothing out of the norm or alarming made us feel unsafe at any point of time.The staff at the resort were very warm and welcoming. Gave us wrist bands as our main way of entry into any part of the resort facility. Bar/restaurant on site as well as a gym and lounge room on the top story. The resort did have a top terrace floor for morning sunsets and sundown picturesque views. Parking available upon check in and the elevators are like super speed. The room space is phenomenal and the decor is minimal, modern yet classy. The double room with kitchen lay out was perfect for my small family of 4 and my sister. The kuerig is nice for a smaller room occupancy, but a 12 cup pot would have been nice. The balcony was a beautiful wrap around with city plus side beach view in eye sight. Kitchen and fridge were great and the new appliances for the microwave and oven were amazing. Washer and dryer helped with swimsuits and towels. Definitely will be coming back to enjoy this gem again in summer time.

Amazing short getaway for my family

The resort was amazing! Clean, quiet, friendly staff, easy check in and out process. Definitely will be staying here again with the family. I didnt like how the 2nd bedroom did not have ocean views and the main bedroom only had a partial view. It wasnt full ocean views from all rooms like we had thought.overall great stay tho. No complaints.

From arrival to departure everything was great. I would definitely recommend this property. Ask more questions before booking about the cost and fees that may be charged at time of arrival. Deposit, parking fees, Resort fees. The property is very clean and has easy access to the ocean.

Gorgeous, new resort with fun ammenities

The adults, teens and toddler had a blast at this beach resort. The staff was friendly and helpful. The resort was clean and perfect.

This place is awesome!

We stayed here for the welcome to rockville festival with our two teenagers, our mother, and young child. First of all the condo was immaculate. Everything was up-to-date and very comfortable for all of us. We stayed in a two bedroom condo with a balcony and the views were amazing. We had the beach right there as well as the pool downstairs on the first floor. The staff was very polite and accommodating. We ordered DoorDash, got groceries delivered from Walmart, and then ended up cooking some of our meals. The kitchen was great with everything you needed to make a meal. It was very close and convenient to everything. We had Uber come get us for the festival and bring us back each night. We really enjoyed our stay and hated to leave. The thing we most enjoyed was the balcony and the views from the balcony. We had city views and beach views. There is also a restaurant downstairs, but unfortunately, we did not have a chance to dine there. They also had parking on site either on the ground floor or in the garage underneath the building. The bedrooms were very spacious with built-ins so you could store your belongings. We also like the fact that there was a washer and dryer so we could wash clothes as we went along. It was very quiet and peaceful and we cannot say enough good things about this place. If you’re in Daytona and need a great place to stay, this is it. It was very family-friendly and we are just very pleased with this with the accommodations.

Closed facility too early

Pool & game room closed @ 9pm. This is wayyyy too early for vacationers. Will deter me from staying again. Did not need to talk with manager
