Recently remodeled and tastefully decorated, this townhouse has original hardwood floors and ceramic tile throughout the first floor, and beautiful new wall to wall carpet and tile throughout the second floor.
The main living area has a large smart tv, blu-ray player, and large leather sectional, while the dining area sports a large pub height table, able to accommodate 8 comfortably.
The kitchen is well-stocked, large enough to accommodate more than one cook at a time, and opens up to a courtyard perfect for cookouts year round.
There is a mud room off the front entrance, with a storage bench for shoes and hooks for jackets; and in the hallway there is a laundry room with full size washer and dryer, and a small half bath conveniently located for guests.
Upstairs, the master bedroom opens up to a large balcony overlooking the front yard, and sports its own bath with plenty of space. Great place to stay! We had everything we needed. Location was perfect! Short drive to downtown Charleston, Shem Creek, and other surrounding areas to visit! Great communication with host.
Great location for Charleston, Mount Pleasant, and Shem Creek. The house has pretty much anything you could need for a stay. Easy to contact host for answers to questions you may have.
Highly recommend. The place was as described. Well located to Charleston and the beaches, quiet, spacious, comfortable and clean. 3 grocery stores are just a few minutes away. Excellent communication and easy check in.
My family of 4 stayed here to attend a wedding that was taking place in Mt. Pleasant. It was the perfect size, clean and well kept. The location was perfect. The host was easy to reach. Highly recommend this property!

The house is excellently located with a short drive to Downtown Charleston. There is an Aldi literally around the corner which we found very, very convenient. There is also a Trader Joe's within a 2 minute drive... Also very convenient. The house was well equipped and very clean and the owners super responsive.
Loved staying at this property. It was very clean and well appointed, Offered everything we needed for our 5 day stay. While we didn’t use the cooking utensils, it was nice to see that the owner had pots, pans, eating utensils etc. Would definitely consider staying at this proerty again next time we visit Charleston.
We had an awesome stay with a group of 3 couples. Awesome location close to Sullivans island, downtown Charleston, and only about a mile away from Shems creek (our favorite area). Home was clean and cozy with everything we needed for our stay. Would highly recommend!

This property is just over the bridge from downtown Charleston, and near. Patriot’s Point. It’s a busy area, but near EVERYTHING. The house was well equipped and our stay was very comfortable.
The townhouse was clean, well maintained and conveniently located near both Daniel Island and Charleston. There are lots of restaurants in the area and a market within walking distance. The owner was very easy to work with and very prompt in responding to questions. There was even wine and a few treats to welcome us. The property was perfect for what we needed.
My mother-in-law and I took my daughter to Charleston for her 16th birthday and this place was absolutely perfect! All the essentials, plus a great grocery store was a 2 minute walk away. The townhouse was clean, safe and 15 minutes or less from everything you could want to do in Charleston. We stayed 4 nights/5 days and used Uber to get everywhere with no problems. We were able to visit downtown Charleston, Sullivan's Island, Shem Creek and Boone Hall Plantation. 100% would stay here again!
Perfect location for our stay. 10 minutes to downtown Charleston. 10 minutes to Sullivan’s Island. Everyone had their own space inside the townhouse. We have visited the area numerous times and love staying in Mount Pleasant.
Also this place is a hop, skip and a jump from Page’s Okra Grill, one of our absolute favorites.

I rent often in the area to visit my daughter and her family. This comfortable townhouse is very nicely decorated and supplied in every way to meet the needs of a traveler. Situated perfectly for easy access to all areas it is attractive and functional for a small booking or a family. There is a fully equipped kitchen (many aren’t) and ample linens including beach towels (nice linens). Also a laundry area.
The only lack I noted was no nightlights - not a necessity but appreciated by a renter of a certain age.

Not Clean
Disappointed with the lack of basic cleanliness of floors, counters, bathrooms. When notified the host, she said she would call shortly to discuss and never did. Nothing more than an apology for the inconvenience via text. Otherwise it was a good location for access to Mt Pleasant and Charleston activities.
