Cheerful townhome near Isle of Palms, Sullivans Island, Charleston & Shem Creek.

Hang out in the gorgeously updated kitchen and bar or relax on the soft, cozy leather couch in the den. Patio has a privacy fence and can be used almost year round. WiFi and smart TV if you need to work remotely or help keep kids entertained. Bedrooms are a decent size and bathrooms have been totally updated. Relax in a nice bath in either bathroom. I will have better pictures soon. These were taken with a phone while we were furnishing it to get it live. STR Permit – ST240180

Super nice townhouse. Big kitchen. Plenty of space for our group of 6. Beach vibe but not over the top. 15 minutes from downtown. Mount pleasant is a great location as well. Pet friendly is a bonus for us. Plenty of parking. Will definitely look at this place for availability on our next trip.

I loved our stay here! This was the perfect house for me and my friends to enjoy our last moments of summer before going to college. It was the perfect distance to the beach and king st. as everything was 10 minutes or less from the house. The house is located right near the main Charleston bridge.The beds and rooms were soooo spacious as well as the bathrooms. We felt safe our entire stay as the lock on both doors were extremely firm and the community was awesome. There are grocery stores and Walgreens located right by the house as well. We used the oven and fridge during our stay and both were wonderful. The kitchen was filled with everything we needed and there were so many spaces to hang out. I can totally see myself staying here again!

Had an incredible time and stay on our weekend trip to Charlston/ Mt Pleasant. The property was nice and the location was great. Close to Charleston and Mt Pleasant POI's. Property was nicely furnished with everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. I hope that i get a chance to go back. We didn't stay long enough!!

We enjoyed our stay . From the check in to the departure everything went smoothly. We had no issues. The place was very clean and the surrounding area was very cute . Also, central location of many nearby restaurants, shops and sites. Highly recommend Langdons for dinner , and Second state for coffee. Hope to be back soon !!

Only 1 of the 3 keys in the lockbox worked. The HVAC unit fan runs continuously, so air is constantly blowing. Other than that, everything was good. The check in and out was super easy and it was a very convenient location.

I’m sorry for any confusion. The other two keys were to the storage shed in the back and the back door. I did see that someone had changed the fan on the thermostat from “auto” to “on” which is probably why air was circulating the entire time. Please feel free to reach out with any concerns during your stay if you venture back. I’m glad you enjoyed it.

This is an ideal place to stay for a visit to the Charleston area. The neighborhood is quiet, safe and very friendy. The location is excellent! 10 minutes to Charleston, 10 minutes to Sullivans Island. 10 minutes to Mt. Peasant town ctr and wonderful shopping. Restaurants like Pages Okra Grill, Nicos, Graze and many more are minutes away. Shem Creek is 5 min as are Old Town Mt. Pleasant, Aldis, Trader Joes, Harris Teeter, and Publix. The house is well equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. There is parking for four cars. Clint is very knowledgeable and helpful. We have stayed here four times for a month each time and would not stay anywhere else in the Charleston area.

My daughter travelled to Charleston to attend a softball camp. We stayed a few extra days to enjoy the local sites and beaches. Location was Fantastic!! Everything you could need close by!

Location, location....

This property is conviently located to restaurants, beaches and activities. Very much enjoyed and appreciated the USS YORKTOWN and Patriots Point Park as well as the dolphin cruise. Grocery options close by as well.

Family historical trip

We chose to stay here because of its proximity to Ft Sumter and the plantations we planned to visit on this trip. The location was perfect with easy drives to each destination. The house was clean and comfortable for my family. With 2 college age children on this trip, having the quantity of bedrooms/bathrooms was very convienient.

Great Stay!

Had a great stay! Super close to downtown Charleston and Isle of Palms Beach! The townhouse was super clean and looked exactly liked the pictures! Will definitely be rebooking :)

Clean and Spacious Condo

We had a great stay at this condo off 17 in Mount P. Tons of room, well-maintained, spotless cleaning. I'd highly recommend this to anyone traveling to Charleston.

I moved to Charleston in 1996 to attend college. I immediately fell in love with the lifestyle that historic Charleston and local beaches offers and never left. This may have to do with the fact that I'm in flip flops most days and rarely have to put on winter clothes.

It's hard to find a location in Charleston or the surrounding areas that gives you such quick access to beaches, restaurants, bars, historic Charleston, shopping and outdoor activities as this one does. This property has recently been completely updated inside and out. Ample parking in the front and the back make it possible for families with multiple cars to easily access the townhouse.
