Newly re-opened direct beachfront complex with full Gulf views from your windows!. And, you're just steps down to the sand and ocean breezes.
**While our 2nd floor unit was not damaged, the resort is still under reconstruction because of hurricane damage. For now, the POOL is CLOSED, some patios are not available and there is some construction on lower units.
That means LOWER RATES FOR YOU!
Our condo is perfect for a romantic getaway. But we're also family friendly with queen beds and even an extra twin! Our kitchen includes a dishwasher and the view allows you to cook and enjoy sunsets from inside. But the real action is outside. We're in the middle of the beach communities. Restaurants, bars and beach shops are just a walk or trolley ride away.
We offer off-street parking, Wi-Fi, and keyless entry.
So, whether its for the sunsets, beach walks, dolphin sightings, fishing, warm swimming or dozens of other reasons, we look forward to your visit!

Great stay in North Redington

This property was exactly as advertised-cute two bedroom place with great ocean views. You’re right on the beach and the pool is an added bonus. The area has lots of great restaurants within walking distance. We would stay again!

Beautiful beach view for sunsets from living room. Loved walking out door to beach, pool was clean and warm. Would definitely visit again. All of my communication was with owner as I did not have success reaching local manager, but this did not impact our stay in any way, and owner was super friendly and helpful.

We spent 3 days and 2 nights in this unit. It was a wonderful experience and right on the beach. The unit was clean and had all the necessary items you need for your stay. The owner and manager were responsive and accommodating. Will recommend!!

Great little beach unit!

This little 2b/1ba unit with mini kitchen was clean, well-kept, right on the beach and had an amazing view of the sand and ocean! Kathy was an extremely nice host and easy to communicate with. I would recommend it!

This was our 2nd stay at this condo. You can't beat the location. It's in the middle of it all, yet quiet and relaxing. Few steps downstairs and you're right on the Gulf. Don't think. Just book!

Lovely relaxation and sun worshipping week

Unit was just as described. It’s a cute little 2bd 1 bath condo on the second floor of a small building overlooking the beach. So relaxing to watch the sunset from the couch or step outside and enjoy it on the beach.

This was a comfortable and convenient apartment. Everything we needed was provided and the apartment was nice and clean. The owners were great to work with and very responsive! The view was perfect and the beach was immediately outside the apartment building. Great restaurants and everything you need close by. Be sure to visit LuLu's Ice Cream Shop! Amazing spumoni! Would definitely return!

Great views easy beach access

This property was easy to get to. The views and access to the beach were excellent. It was clean, but the bathtub/shower is old and definitely needs an upgrade. It shows its age. Bedrooms were good size, beds comfortable, but the dressers had an odor to them. Good internet and TV service. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

I stay at Redington Surf annually. This particular unit is spectacular, the view is unbelievable. The bed in the master was super comfy! I appreciated the dishwasher. Kathy was a gem to deal with. I highly recommend. I’ll definitely be back! Thanks!

Great location!

This place is right on the beach! Check in was super easy and there was great communication prior to our arrival. The online pictures are very accurate. A couple of suggestions: there was only 2 teaspoons to use. The rest of the spoons were the larger tablespoons- and there were lots of them. The next is the beach chairs. Two “soccer” chairs are tough to sit in. Maybe consider replacing them with Tommy Bahama reclining or Rio. Just a thought. Others than these two very minor things, we would totally stay there again.

Nice location

We’ve been coming to this beach for 5 years now and stayed at this condo previously. Our vacation was really nice but we feel like the condo lacked this time around. The furniture is dated, noticed odd wallpaper taped onto the wall, and bathtub is so old and dirty. The bathroom sink doesn’t drain properly and the AC does not cool. We had to turn on fans along with AC to feel any kind of relief after coming inside no matter what time of day it was. There was also dust in the corners by the beds and on furniture surfaces as well as on the vents. The building looks like it’s declined overall in cleanliness and condition. It is a great location and convenient given its steps from the beach, but needs some upkeep and improvement.

Sorry to hear this guest was disappointed! We do our best to maintain very high standards, in fact we did just replace the couch in the living area as well as the table and chairs in the kitchen! So many things are subjective, but we hope the majority of our guests have a positive experience in our beach getaway just steps from the sand!

Great location

Unit is directly on the beach which is wonderful. View from living area and kitchen is of the beach. This is a second floor unit,but there is no private balcony, only a common one with very limited seating. There are a number of lounges and additional seating located in a common area on the main level facing the beach. Building does not have an elevator, so you must be able to navigate the stairs. Unit was clean and furniture comfortable. It did seem a little damp, but that may be related to the time of year since the air conditioning ran sparingly. Unit is large enough for a family of four, but might feel a little cramped for four adults. Beach is very large and you are able to walk for miles in either direction. Pool is in the front of the complex and was shaded for much of the afternoon during the time of year we were there. Being in front also means the street noise can be annoying. John's Pass Village is close and offers great shopping and waterfront restaurants. This unit is perfect for those who want to be directly on the beach, but whose budget may not allow a stay in one of the numerous high rise condo buildings that are located in this area.

Can not beat this location!!The view and rental proximity to the beach is 10/10.Unit interior was just as described and pictured and was perfect for our mid week summer getaway. Property was quite and convenient to shopping and restaurants. (Pizza place and restaurant across the street were both excellent, Dunkin is also walkable) Outside grounds looked very different than what was pictured when we booked as the property is still undergoing renovations post hurricanes. (Pool was not repaired and remains closed)Hosts and their local contact were incredibly responsive, accommodating and easy to reach.Truly the only negative was not having access to a pool in the summer or outdoor shower for the kids,
