Great location and nice home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The location is wonderful. We love the walking trail along the river. Home is very spacious and decorated so nicely! The cottage is very clean on the surface, but it could use a deep cleaning along the baseboards and exhaust fan in shower. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

Great place to stay with your family!

The Mill Stream Cottage exceeded our expectations. It is well kept and very spacious. It is also located within walking distance or a short drive from so many activities. We were right in the middle of everything yet it was still quiet. I would highly recommend this property and if we return to Pigeon Forge we would definitely stay here again.

Loved the location. House was super clean and maintained. Only minor request would be to have extra blankets. My parents stayed with us and the walk in showers and lack of steps was a huge bonus. Very nice property, highly recommend.

Home away from Home

By far this is the best place we have stayed in Pigeon Forge. If you love the Old Mill District, then this is the place to stay! Wonderful location! We walked to the Pottery House and the Old Mill to eat. The creek was so nice and peaceful. We would sit by the fire and roast marshmallows with our family at night. Wonderful memories were made. The house was so clean and so wonderfully decorated. We just loved it so much!

One of our most favorite stays!

Visited here for fiftieth anniversary and we loved walking into one of the most comfortable and immaculate places we have stayed. We love eating at The Old Mill which was a two minute walk. The back deck gets race track noise in the day, but mornings out there were wonderful for drinking coffee. Two mornings an eagle perched in the tree by the river right in front of us. Can’t wait to come back.

Great Place

This is not the first time we have stayed in this beautiful home and it will not be our last. We love this house. The location is ideal because you are able to walk to several places to eat and shop nearby. The coffee house is walking distance as well. The house is well stocked with basics but if you are cold natured you may want to bring a blanket from home. You cannot go wrong with this home! We look forward to our next trip and will definitely stay here again!!!!

Great house!

Great location if you’d love to be in walking distance to restaurants, shopping, & music! Love the river in the backyard as well. I took my mom and daughter for the weekend for their birthday. The home was exactly what we wanted and more. It was cozy and relaxing as well being on one level which worked best for my mom. My daughter enjoyed it so much she may book it for a stay with her friends in the future.

Wonderful!!

This house is absolutely perfect! It is exceptionally clean and convenient to restaurants, activities and nature. It is nestled in a cute neighborhood where you can enjoy the creek sounds while sitting on the back porch. The furniture is comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed for our one week stay. We will definitely come back to this house next time we need a place in this area. We were sad to leave this hidden jewel!

"This house is absolutely perfect! It is exceptionally clean and convenient to restaurants, activities and nature. It is nestled in a cute neighborhood where you can enjoy the creek sounds while sitting on the back porch. The furniture is comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed for our one week stay. We will definitely come back to this house next time we need a place in this area. We were sad to leave this hidden jewel!"

Beautiful Cottage

This cottage is beautiful and was beyond my expectations. It was warm and inviting and extremely clean. It is just a short walk to the Old Mill. It has a really nice deck that overlooks the creek and would be nice to use during warm weather. We will definitely stay here again. The only thing missing that would've been nice was a hot tub but it won't keep me from staying there again. 5 Stars!!

Perfect Cottage on the River

This was an amazing find for our family! We booked it for a week for a baseball tournament and my family had an amazing time. Fishing and swimming in the river and walking distance to all the shops and eateries in the Old Mill area! Very close to everything Pigeon Forge has to offer! The host was fantastic and even checked in with us during our stay to make sure everything was perfect! The house is beautiful inside and out with a beautiful deck, fireplace and of course the river! Would absolutely recommend this for a family get a way! We plan on booking again our next visit!
