Independent access. Enjoy independent units, 1 bedroom, 1 living room, and 1 full bathroom, 1 full kitchen and dedicated parking spaces only for you.

This suite is completely private including self check-in.

The suite has one comfortable bedrooms with a king size bed and one living room with a double size sofabed, plus a full bathroom only for you.

Located in the most luxurious and quiet community in the heart of Richmond. 15 minutes drive to Vancouver international Airport, about 20 minutes drive to BC ferries.

The suite is part of 1st floor of our house., and completely private separately entrance with digital lock.

The entrance is at left side of the house.

15 minutes drive to Vancouver International Airport, 20 minutes drive to BC Ferry, 20 minutes drive to downtown Vancouver, 5 minutes drive to Richmond Center, 20 minutes drive to UBC University.
7 minutes walk to Broadmoor Village shopping center, 4 minutes walk to the bus station, 5 minutes walk to Richmond's largest community park (South Arm Community Park).
It takes 7 minutes to walk to the large food supermarket Fresh Co. and the lifestyle supermarket Shoppers. The famous milk tea shop Coco. bars, Hong Kong-style restaurants, fried chicken restaurants, pizzerias, Vietnamese rice noodles, Japanese cuisine, Korean cuisine... there are all kinds of cuisines from all over the world. Banks, dentists, clinics, pharmacies, whatever you need.

Travel information:
Buses 403 and 408 go directly to Richmond downtown and Skytrain station

we strictly guarantee that the bath towels, bed sheets are changed one by one, and cleaned and dried at high temperature.

Good Location

Good location in a quiet neighborhood with parking. Apartment was easy to check-in although info automatically being sent by VRBO needs to be updated with correct entry code. Apartment was comfortable and generally clean although details like refrigerator had not been wiped clean.

Nice place

Convenient place to stay, host was responsive to our basic needs & was accommodating. Suggest for more additional kitchen & dining items, but otherwise very good place, in quiet neighborhood , accessible to everything. Free parking included. Overall, well satisfied and will stay here again.

Easy to find the place, neighborhood is quiet, place is very clean! The only missing was wash cloth! The host was very friendly, the wife even shared us blueberries, which was very sweet! Oh , and we enjoyed picking their cherries from their front yard! We will definitely book this place if we ever go back! Highly recommended 👍👍

Cozy, comfortable & Secure

Very clean and well maintained property and unit. Small, but met all of our needs for the amount of time we were in the unit. Bed was very comfortable. The owner was very receptive to our communication and responded promptly. Mrs and son attended to our needs as required...very friendly and welcoming. I would definitely book again!

Excellent place to stay

Great price, great location, convenient check-in, quick replies from hosts, nicely decorated, high ceilings, comfortable bed. Given how clean everything else was, it must’ve been an oversight that the microwave was not clean. I would definitely recommend this to others and we would stay there again.

Very pleasant stay!

The property is very clean and well maintained. The host (on site in the "main" house) is responsive, flexible and kind. The location is convenient, not far from YVR and in a quiet neighborhood in Richmond where there are many good restaurants. If I go to Vancouver again, I would try to book this property. It appears there are two rental facilities sharing some walls. At one night, the guests staying at the other suite were noisy.
