In accordance with the Town of Kiawah Island Short Term Rental Ordinance, all guests understand that the approved number of bedrooms is 5, the maximum allowed occupancy is 11, and the maximum allowed number of vehicles is 4.

This Kiawah Island vacation rental features 5 bedrooms, a balcony, a screened porch, and a private shared dock with impeccable views of the Kiawah River. This vacation rental also offers a 10-minute bike ride to the beach.

Upon entering the property, you’ll find exquisite finishes, ample living and entertainment spaces, and an abundance of natural light. In the living area, you will find comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, and doors that lead out to the beautiful back deck. The fully equipped, gourmet kitchen offers ample counter space and additional seating for dining. It also opens to the main dining area and offers screened porch access. The main dining area features seating for 6 and overlooks the stunning tidal marshes. A half bathroom is also available in the first-floor hall.

The first-floor primary bedroom features a king-sized bed, beautiful views of the marsh, a TV, deck access, and a private bathroom. The primary bathroom offers a double sink vanity, a walk-in shower, and a bathtub. The room also provides enough closet space to unpack your vacation attire and unwind.

On the second floor, the secondary bedroom offers two twin-sized beds with gorgeous views of the river and a Jack and Jill bathroom that is shared with the third bedroom. The secondary bedroom has its own vanity while the toilet and shower/bathtub combination is shared with the third bedroom.

The third bedroom offers a queen-sized bed, a TV, and balcony access. It also features its own vanity and shares a toilet and shower/tub combination with the secondary bedroom.

The fourth bedroom offers a king-sized bed and a third bathroom that is also accessible from the hall. The third bathroom offers a shower and bathtub combination.

The fifth bedroom features 2 twin sized-beds and balcony access. The closest bathroom is the third bathroom accessible just a few steps down the hall.

The home’s screened porch offers ample seating for your whole party and is a prime location for overlooking the peaceful marsh with friends and family. If you crave a connection with the beautiful natural views, take a walk on the private shared dock and embrace all the beauty that Kiawah River has to offer.
