The property was just as advertised and very clean. We were excited to be able to see the milky way and lots of wildlife.

Rhonda, the Milky Way out here still stops me in my tracks, so I'm glad you got a clear enough night to see it. Clean and exactly as advertised is the bar we hold ourselves to, and it's good to hear the house met it. Next time you're planning, aim for a new moon week in August. The Perseids come through then, and if you sit out past midnight you'll see the deer move through the brush while you watch. Come see us again. As a returning guest you will always have 10% off your next stay with us. Sincerely, Morgan, Director of Operations.

My stay was wonderful. I took myself on a private silent retreat for prayer and reflection. It was just what I needed.

Great getaway!

It was really nice being out away from everything. It’s a cozy little cabin facing the hills. The hot tub was nice just looking the stars while relaxing. It was a perfect little getaway spot. We really enjoyed it!!

Very Quaint and Perfect for two

It was a very nice little cabin! We loved the hot tub and how quaint it was. The distance from Fredericksburg was not a big deal to us but might be from others, it was about a 20 minute drive. There was no stove so we could not cook much but that did not matter because we had a grill and could cook what we needed but that might be a bigger deal for some people. All in all it was a quiet, beautiful, and relaxing get away for me and my girlfriend.

Dear Caden, Thank you for sharing your experience! We're so glad you and your girlfriend enjoyed the cozy cabin, hot tub, and peaceful setting. It’s great to hear that the distance to Fredericksburg worked well for you and that the grill made up for the lack of a stove. We appreciate your feedback and hope to welcome you back for another relaxing getaway! Kindly, Jorge Cozi Vacation Rentals

Peace and Quiet

We really enjoyed our stay and getting to connect in a secluded place. It was really clean and the property was easy to access. The “unpaved road” (according to Google Maps) is now paved. The ONLY issue…the listing makes it seem you will have a cabin to yourself, when it’s actually a duplex and we could hear our neighbors stomp around a lot.

When we arrived at 4pm to the cabin, it was not clean. Bed sheets dirty, towels on the floor, dishes in sink, and trash. The cabin had no iron or ironing board. Both wine corks broken, coffee pot dirty. I contact the host, someone was sent to clean the room while we waited. Not sure if bathroom was cleaned or floors swept.

Hi Melissa, we apologize for this experience and this is never typical nor ever happens. We just switched new cleaning operating scheduling systems, and experienced software issues through our new scheduling system that have now been 100% corrected. We would love to have you back on our dime anytime to show you we properly do things here at Stay Texas. I'm glad our team worked diligently upon finding of this error and we look forward to your next stay. Sincerely, Jenna Stay Texas Hospitality Group
