Wonderful log cabin, extremely clean and well maintained. Covered back porch and fenced open patio with a fire pit. Views miles long, with wildlife everywhere. My little furbaby loved the backyard space. Far enough away from town for peaceful relaxation, close enough to drive into town to enjoy Fredericksburg and all it has to offer. I will definitely return!

Everything about this cabin was absolutely perfect! It was exactly what my husband and I needed for our quick anniversary getaway! The cabin was super clean and had everything we needed and it was only about 8 min from town! The stars at night are just incredible too! We visited Enchanted Rock, and The Preserve while visiting the cabin and both of those activities I highly recommend! Can’t recommend this cabin enough and I’m already looking forward to planning another trip there.

Great Valentine getaway! Cozy cabin outside of Fredericksburg but close enough to enjoy the town. Cabin was decorated for Valentines! Host was very nice and communicated well before our stay. The cabin was wonderful, just what we wanted. It was far enough out of the city for us to enjoy the quiet and close enough in that we could easily drive back and forth for meals and shopping. We especially enjoyed sitting on the porch and watching the birds and deer. The accommodations were comfortable. Everything that we needed was provided, including binoculars and a bird guide. We’d certainly like to stay there again when we return to Fredericksburg.

The location is great. It is short distance from Main street but still far enough to have quiet, peaceful surroundings. Very relaxing. I enjoyed the seeing all the different birds and wild life from the back patio during sunset and sunrise.

We had a good time at the cabin. We liked that it felt private, and the location was a short drive from Fredericksburg. The views of the sunrise/sunset were just beautiful. Very peaceful, we enjoyed the wildlife (birds/deer/rabbit) you can see from the deck. The view of the stars at night was amazing, excellent choice if you want to get away from the city and enjoy nature.
