Welcome to Golden Strand by KEES Vacations!

Check out this 2-Bedroom, Oceanfront condo at the well desired Golden Strand community in the heart of Kill Devil Hills.

When you are at Golden Strand, you will feel like you are in paradise. Imagine waking up in the morning and standing on your balcony watching the waves crash on the beach, smelling the ocean air. All condos have oceanfront beach access. If the pool is more your preference, enjoy our outdoor community pool at the complex. There is also a playground for the kids in the family. For added convenience there is an elevator on the premises. This is the perfect vacation rental to make many memories with your friends and/or family.

Being located at milepost 7.5, if you feel like leaving your slice of heaven, you are close to pretty much anything you need including restaurants, shopping, and activities. In fact, right across the street is the popular Goombay's Grill and Raw Bar. The Wright Brothers Memorial is really close and a little further south you will come to Jockey's Ridge.

This one level oceanfront condo features a living room, kitchen, dining area, a Queen En Suite and a Bedroom with 2-Twin Beds with a Full Bathroom next to it.

There are two parking spaces for guests.

Guests can enjoy the use of the OBX Sports Club with presentation of dated parking pass.

**Private outdoor community pools and/or waterpark play areas are available, weather permitting, beginning on Memorial Day and close after Labor Day. Please know that pool operating dates are subject to change at any point, for any reason. Pools and hot tubs are cleaned weekly and no later than 6pm on check-in day. Vendors are subject to enter backyard to clean the pool and/or spa on scheduled cleaning days.**

Check-In begins at 4pm. Your keyless entry code will begin granting access at this time.
Check-Out is 10am.

Enjoyable stay

The pictures shown in the listing were not of this particular condo - all reversed and there was a dune blocking the beach view unless we were standing up. Check in is after 4 oclock but the office closes at 4 (or earlier).That said, we had a fine time. Everything was clean and comfortable. The manager responded to phone calls quickly and both she and the office staff were friendly and helpful. We'd stay there again.

Perfect Location/Perfect View!

I came here for 6 nights with family. The location was perfect. You are close to restaurants and groceries. When we opened the outside door we could hear the waves crashing and could see the surfers! There is a sand dune between the outside deck and ocean but it did not hinder the view at all. I slept with the bedroom window open and listened to the waves. You have basic cooking supplies(pots and pans) but take your own spices etc. Nothing extra in the unit. I suggest taking extra towels . We had a set of two i. each bathroom. Front desk personnel were the best!! I felt very safe. I love the closeness to the public beach access . Unless there was an access I didn’t see, you have to walk through the parking lot, down road a very short walk and back to ocean. I would recommend a shortcut but like I said, maybe there is one and I just didn’t see it. I recommend Arts Place for breakfast! We went twice and it was great! Would definitely come back!!!!
