No Floridian villa would be complete without a swimming pool, and ours is no exception. Whether you want to practice your lengths or just fancy a quick dip, you won’t be disappointed. The private pool is seasonally heated during the cooler months and is 35ft long, meaning you’ll have plenty of space to splash around in. Worried about sunburn and insects? Not a problem – the area is fully screened and shaded so you can relax in peace and comfort. Once you dry off, you can enjoy a light lunch on the lanai – which benefits from a dining table and overhead fan – or cook up a feast with family on the dedicated grill.

When the day is done and it’s time to turn in, we have a wonderful selection of cozy bedrooms to offer. Both master and second bedroom benefit from king-sized beds and walk in wardrobes, (with a en-suite bathroom for the former). The third bedroom has two lovely twin beds, which are impossible not to fall asleep in.

More than 6 of you? Not an issue – the living room sofa folds out into a ridiculously comfortable double bed, for that extra couple. As well as fresh bedding, we also provide all towels (with extras on-site), so all you need to think about is what bed to claim!

Parking is no issue either, as there is space for two cars on the driveway, as well as a further two in the double garage, which has both an electric external and secure internal door for easy access after a long day out. The space also doubles up as a utility room, and includes a washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and a dedicated drying area.

Enjoy golf? Then take a swing at The Meadows, Village Green, or one of over 40 other clubs. If exploration is more your style, then take a 2-hour kayak tour through the mangroves, or rent a push-bike for the day and take to the streets! If Art is more your thing, then visit The Ringling Museum, where you can feast your eyes on a staggering 21 European painting galleries, as well as rare antiquities from Asia, Americas and Cyprus. Or head over to the exquisite Opera House for a perfect date night. For the foodies out there, head to one of the countless restaurants, where you can tantalize your taste buds without-watering cuisines from around the world – including French, Caribbean, Italian, Spanish, Peruvian, and of course American!

No trip to Sarasota could come to a close without a visit to Siesta Key. One of America’s most famous beaches, the Key boasts gorgeous quartz sand, stunningly clear and a charming village formed of beautiful bungalows, renowned restaurants and salubrious shops. If you want to de-stress, then why not grab a spot on the beach with a good book or charter a fishing boat? Or if thrill-seeking is more your thing, you can feed your inner adrenaline junky by jet-skiing, wind-surfing or parasailing. Whatever mood you’re in, Siesta Key is bound to have something for you!

Or if you want to go further afield, then jump in the car and take the short drive to Orlando, where you can visit the iconic Disney World, Islands of Adventure, and SeaWorld. You’ll be guaranteed with a treasure trove of memories!
