2/10 Terrible

Terrible rental home.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home is decrepit and uncomfortable. Every single part of the house is broken, stained, cracked and/ or completely outdated. A few examples: the dishwasher was literally not attached to the wall. Every time we opened the door it felt like the whole appliance would fall forward onto our feet. It did seem to actually run though. The kitchen & cooking equipment were so uninviting that we had to eat out 3 times a day. Sofa, counters, walls are stained. We could hear the neighbors talking & flushing their toilet through the paper thin walls. Huge gaping holes between the floors & walls (ie missing baseboards). I could go on & on... We paid $700/ night which was bizarrely overpriced, it’s not worth more than $250. The location is nice though, walking distance to Mammoth Village. And the management company was good to work with although I can’t understand why they took this listing.

Thank you for your feedback and comments and we are sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the quality of this home. We have reviewed each of your concerns, the dishwasher bracket had come loose so that has now been repaired and no longer feels loose or detached. Everything else has been addressed accordingly, and all of the kitchenware was deemed to be well stocked and in good usable condition. Again we are sorry that you feel this fell short of your usual experience, and we hope to welcome you back soon. Mammoth Reservations Team
