Located right next door to the Florida Key's largest and nicest park, Founder's Park. Also within Founder’s Park is the Yacht Harbor and Marina.

Older property but nice, double unit so very roomy with big beds. Marina next door for my boat. Complex was bigger than I expected. Pool was close to unit rented. Right on bay great sunsets!
