Cool, Calm, and Relaxing

My husband and I were thrilled after a 12 hour drive to walk into a cool, calm, and clean get away. The accommodations were well above our expectations! The beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay very much and hope to stay here again the next time we are in the area.

Family Graduation

Very nicely appointed spotless unit in a great location. Within walking distance to brewery, a variety of restaurants, a park and the walking trail. Previous review complained about beds and bedding, We didn’t think there was any issues with these. We spent 5 nights there for a family high school graduation weekend.

Better on the inside ; )

Outside impression was ok... next to commercial building off the main road, but quiet on the weekend. Property manager, Carla, was adding flowers, a bike rack, etc. to make it more inviting. Inside was updated, cute, and clean. The beds are not queen size... They are double (full) size mattress and not very firm, but if you like a soft mattress, you'll love it. Sheets were poor quality, pilled, and made you sweat... we took them off. Pillows were big and firm... no variation... suggest bringing your own pillow. Location was awesome. The surrounding neighborhood was quiet and had a nice park down the road, and several cute indoor/outdoor restaurants with live music... one spot even had a brass band playing music from the 70's forward. Pinella's trail is right there which made it the perfect location bicycling... Our property manager was very helpful and responsive... While there was not a Welcome Book, she did offer many great suggestions; and did say she was working on updating the book, as well as, updating the exterior. VRBO was affordable and we would definitely revisit this location.

Amazing

We stayed at the DeBine Boho retreat and it was everything we had hoped for! Walking distance to the brewery, amazing BBQ,from Reel BBQ, and all the restaurants. Close to the beaches and everything we wanted to do. The VRBO was Clean and updated beautifully. We will definitely stay here again!

Great overall! Especially impressed with cleanliness and amenities. Good location. Coffee availability was a real plus. Just a couple of suggestions from an unfortunate perfectionist: The bathroom could benefit from a couple of behind-the-door hooks; wipe out the bottom of the oven for an even better cleanliness rating; pillow covers under the cases would be a plus.

Nice time in Palm Harbor

The property was set up very nice and it was very clean. The beds were comfortable and we had just about everything we needed. The only thing the place needs to add is an iron and ironing board. We had some vacation time but our main reason for being there was my cousins wedding. We were not able to iron our wedding clothes and just had to go as is. The parking was our only other issue. It was fine during the week. But Friday and Saturday night were different. The Taproom across the street had some kind of event Friday night and they directed their customers to park across the street and the “Tenant Parking Only” signs for the VRBO were ignored. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. The place was clean and decorated really nice.
