This home was immaculate and convenient to a venue where we attended a wedding. In addition it was convenient to visit Albany as well as Kingston. The game room was a nice touch but went unused during our visit. The air conditioning was greatly appreciated as the temperatures were uncomfortable otherwise.

Really beautiful find! Home was so clean. The game room was fun, the patio was perfect for morning coffee, lunches and dinner. The kitchen had everything we needed. We were in town for a wedding and the venue was less than 2 miles away.Neighborhood was so quiet. Grocery and liquor stores just a few miles away. Definitely one of the nicest places we’ve stayed in. Highly recommend!

Great house to rent

This is the second year we’ve rented the same home. Everything is very clean and new. The location is perfect and dealing with the homeowner is easy. Would highly recommend to anybody looking to rent.

Back in Greenville for a long weekend

My family stayed to attend our grandmothers funeral. The house was perfect. Everything brand new, very comfortable. The communication was fantastic. Recommend highly!!

Very nice property; quiet, beautiful woods view. Each room appointed nicely & quite comfortable. Ideal spot for family gatherings; use of a grill is great! The kitchen is spacious & has what you need to make meals. One request: a decent set of knives! The knives provided are extremely dull. Overall great property!

Entire home was very clean - like brand new. Kitchen well equipped as well as bathrooms. Comfortable living room to watch some tv, fun fun basement with games( loved the arcade like basketball game). PERFECT location for our family wedding held literally around the corner st Woodhouse Lodge! Couldn’t have asked for a better fit! Thanks Mr. Crawley for accommodating me.

Beautiful and Relaxing

This is a wonderful place to stay. The house is beautifully decorated, very clean and spacious. The owners made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Our 3 grandchildren (ages 13-9) enjoyed the game room downstairs so much. It was great to hear them laughing and having fun. We truly enjoyed our time there and will definitely remember this house for our next trip to NY. I would highly recommend this house for any stay.

Catskill cozy gem

First time in upstate NY and this house pretty much have everything. It's situated in a very small town about an hour SW of Albany, so restaurants and stores are limited. The property have 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 baths and a game room in the basement. Not sure if it's the due to the weather or the furnace/heater running, occasionally you'll hear sudden banging noise somewhere from the house. Also certain spots in the flooring will make noise too.

We didn't use much in the kitchen but we loved the layout and floor plan, it was a very nice house. The floor was very creaky for being a new home. I had questions prior my stay and it was extremely difficult to get someone to answer my questions since it's corporate owned and not a person. It took several days and several tries to find out questions but finally did.
