Cottage pittoresque, à l'ancienne et charmant, ombragé par de grands arbres et refroidi par les brises du large dans la ville historique de Potts Point. Commencez la journée avec une tasse de café tout en vous recroquevillant sur le porche vitré avec un livre, terminez la journée en regardant le coucher de soleil sur l'eau depuis le porche. Promenez-vous à la plage ou achetez des homards directement du bateau chez Erica's au Dolphin Marina. Assistez aux courses de homard en bateau aprÚs une courte promenade jusqu'à Pott's Point. Profitez des marchés fermiers, des restaurants et du Maine State Music Theatre à Brunswick, puis revenez à la paix de Harpswell.

Everything is perfect about the cottage! We kayaked, hiked local trails and had delicious lobster. The front porch is iconic! We’ll be back.

This stay was super pretty and was perfect for our girls trip! The host was very communicative and the view couldn’t be beat. It should probably be mentioned that you can’t drink the water or use for cooking unless it’s boiled. That might be common knowledge for those who live here, but we weren’t aware. So just a heads up to those coming, they do provide gallon jugs, but you have to replace at the end of your stay.

Excellent stay, again!

This was our family’s second stay at Molly’s sweet cottage. It has been maintained very well over its many years, and provides the perfect setting for a weeklong getaway in one of our favorite places. We would love to return again, soon!

Wonderful cottage

We love this area and found this wonderful cottage, short walk to Potts Point Preserve. This is our second year. Perfect place to relax and enjoy everything Maine has to offer!

Beautiful Maine Stay

This cottage was very cozy and was in a great spot for quiet, relaxing walks to the ocean. It was very clean, and had everything we needed as we were only there for a quick day and a half. The only downside was the beds were not made and we had to make them ourselves which was annoying since it was late when we got to the house.

Happy Maine Holiday

Comfortable home in lovely location. Wonderful veranda and closed-in sun room to enjoy !! Quiet neighbourhood and easy access to beach (for walking and exploring). Gorgeous sunsets. Everything you expect to enjoy on a holiday in Maine !

Beautiful location

This house is located in a perfect spot for ocean views and cool breezes. Our vacation was cut short unfortunately one of our dogs became very ill and we had to rush home after a couple of days. Hopefully, we’ll be able to come back and visit.

The charm of this historical home can't be beat!

This is our fifth stay at the "Toy House," as my girls dubbed this Potts Point gem several years ago. We keep coming back for the comfort and at-ease-ness we feel here, and how close it is to all the fun Harpswell has to offer! Thank you, Molly and family, for sharing your home with us!

Tip of harpswell

Great spot. See water one way but get the breezes from both east and west. Great porches in and out. Beds are fine. Ate at ericas and dolphin marina..recommend both. Hope to return next summer

We stayed for the weekend with friends and really enjoyed the area and the awesome porch.

We'd rent again here for sure! Thank you for sharing your home. My only suggestion would be to upgrade the sheets, blankets, and pillows. They were clean, but looking pretty old.

Super Maine vacation cottage

This is a very special cottage that combines the authentic Maine cottage feeling of the past with the convenience of more modern comforts in the kitchen. There is a great view of the water from the front porch, and a light and airy sunroom that brings the outside inside. The location is close to rocky beaches, and not too far from delightful shopping experiences. We loved it!
