The views are just as advertised and the property was everything you could expect for a stay in the Newport area. Host was super responsive! If I go back, I would want to stay again!

Our stay at Michael's Place was absolutely incredible. The description nailed it! The rooms are a great size, comfortable beds and very comfortable furniture. Ocean views in every room. We loved the lanai! The view is truly priceless! We will be back!

There is no direct access to the beach..you need to walk at least a half a mile. Request new sheets, the ones we had were so scratchy and old.

Beautiful spot in newport!

The view and location were amazing, you could walk down to shops or the beach in a few minutes.Just remember to bring your own pillow.

With the spectacular ocean view, well designed floor plan and proximity to restaurants and shopping, this condo is one of the best we have stayed in. It was well equipped and comfortable. Beach access was either a few blocks south walk or drive or a couple of blocks north to a short hike. Then one could walk for miles on the beach. We came mainly for birding and Newport is a convenient location for birding from Waldport up to Lincoln City. We hope to return to this condo next year.

This is a beautiful property, with stunning views of the ocean and lighthouse. We had easy access to Nye Beach and the property ensured we had everything we needed to have family meals, and together time to play games or watch a movie. There were also enough bedrooms and bathrooms that we each had our own space for sleeping and getting ready.

Great View - a few plumbing problems

Amazing views of the coast. Cleanliness was okay, we had some issues with the bath tub faucet and toilet seat. They were quick to send someone to check it out and the hosts were quick to respond to concerns.
