Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time in this spacious home. We added heat to the pool and my kids enjoyed it every day of our stay. The house was clean and comfortable and perfect for cooking family meals together. The arcade games were a nice bonus. We truly love our stay.

Amazing property! Place was spotless upon arrival! It was a little too cold to get in the pool, but very clean, and a highlight of the property. The kids really enjoyed the bonus room above the garage. The perfect hang out spot between the arcade machine and the TV area. And they loved sleeping in the bunk beds. Master bedroom was breathtaking! The shower was something from a movie. 10/10 property. We thoroughly enjoyed our time. Would/will stay here again!

Beautiful community and nice pool

Our family all came together for my 50th birthday! 6 adults and 3 kids. It was nice to have a beach pass and pool at the house!

Undersold and overdelivered

Place was immaculate and provided a bog kitchen and dinning space for the big group. The indoor pool keep up same with the hear from outside, bikes made it really easy to move. There is a cap on parking passes because of the community, so plan for the least amount of cars to avoid issues.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is gorgeous and was just what we needed with 5 adults and 2 children, or so we thought. The upstairs bedroom was an "oven" due to a defective thermostat. It took several calls to the property management resulting in several attempts by HVAC technicians to fix the problem. It was late in the week before the thermostat was replaced, and we could use the upstairs bedroom.

Kitchen very well stocked. That being said the couch very uncomfortable for us old people .lol They were great to send someone quickly the first night when we discovered bed frame broken that means a lot! The bikes are a great addition makes the mile to beach a little easier but hated we couldn’t get to parking lot for beach without circling thru neighborhood. They don’t leave directions for this so we just went to coligny it is close also. Easy drive to restaurants and frozen yogurt. All around would consider renting again.

Spacious living area, fantastic kitchen, some improvements needed

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Clean house, warm pool (when requested), big kitchen with side butler area kitchen appliances are great as well and multiple bedrooms are a plus. Fantastic cooking pots/pans and prep knives are provided. Laundry room and appliances are awesome. A few improvement suggestions: add some lamps throughout the house for us nighttime owls wanting to read or assemble puzzles. Microwave needs attention - doesn't heat popcorn or other items uniformly. Pool porch screen needs a lock and one of the beautiful sliding doors to the pool area does not lock. Some of the doors throughout the house have trouble closing completely (red bathroom, master door, etc). The middle ceiling beam light section has a flickering bulb/led needing attention. The AC runs great throughout the house but for some reason the Master ran a few degrees warmer continusly? We're just used to a cold sleeping area... TVs are great along with the ability to dim just about any lighting in the house is nice...just had to figure out how it worked. We tried to book the same house for next year but it was already booked. Would recommend it for a large or multiple family vacay.
