Welcome to perfection. This Paradise Retreats oceanfront condo offers the best of Santa Barbara. You’ll be a short walk away from everything you need: park, beach, restaurants, Harbor, and downtown. Wake up with the sun and enjoy breakfast on the beach at Shoreline Cafe, rent a paddleboard at the Harbor and eat lunch with locals at Brophys, taste Santa Barbara vintages in the Funk Zone, select one of the many award-winning restaurants in downtown Santa Barbara for dinner, and end the evening watching the sunset over the ocean from your private balcony.

This 3 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom unit boasts unobstructed ocean views and a private balcony. The spacious Living and Dining Rooms face toward the water with tasteful and cozy decor. The Kitchen is fully stocked with every appliance and convenience you’ll need. The Primary Suite has its own ocean view with a sliding door connecting to the balcony and the two additional Guest Bedrooms are complete with luxury linens. Beach towels and chairs are provided while the complex includes a communal rooftop deck and beach staircase access, as well as private laundry in unit.

*There is a road between the property and the beach. This is a middle unit in a building with bottom, middle, and top units.

Beautiful location, comfortable apartment

Really loved staying in this location and the apartment was well furnished and perfect for our stay. I particularly appreciate that when we noticed the gate to the ocean was broken, the property manager replied right away and sent someone right out to fix it.

Great location and easy place to stay

Group of three friends stayed for a long weekend. Access to the beach across the street and rooftop deck are fantastic. Great beachfront walk to marina and warf area. Condo is super comfortable and well equipped plus beds are very good (a lot of pillows and such too). Whenever we might return to Santa Barbara, we will just stay here from now on.

Had a great time, wonderful location. Have umbrella and beach chairs available...awesome! Could use some plastic cups for the beach or bring you own. Would book again. Thanks!

Amazing location with sound of surf

Perfect location, short walk to State street, wharf, and harbor. Sound of the ocean from the balcony. Beautiful rooftop common area to take in the beautiful vista. Perfect for girls trip! Matt allowed us to check in a little early because we had arrived from airport.

Awesome place and location

This place was perfect for my family of adult children. My husband and I were pleased with the access to the beach right across the street. We had picnics, walks and lots of patio time as well. The short trip to tasting rooms, downtown and farmers market were awesome. My husband and son-in-law took sailing lessons which were a short walk away. The recent remodel of the space was much appreciated. The kitchen is a little tight, but as long as there are just a few cooks, it was no problem. I will return and hope to soon. Thank you for everything.

Girls get a way

We enjoyed this condo for our girls trip! It was spacious, clean and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable too. We were a bit upset that we didn’t realize that it had no air conditioning…we didn’t see that in the listing. However, Santa Barbra was always cool at night and it was very comfortable in July. There is no pool on site- for some reason we thought there was a pool??? Our mistake. Despite no pool and no air conditioning, we still enjoyed our stay!

Incredible views, great location, well equipped kitchen, beautiful updated interior, ceiling fans in 2 of the 3 rooms plus portable fans for hot days! We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend!
