Enjoy this 1bedroom, 1bathroom with waterfront views. Our bedroom features a king bed with a full bathroom, including a walk-in shower with a built in shower seat. Host additional guests on the queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.
The open concept living space, entails a kitchenette with a mini fridge, stovetop with 2 burners, a microwave, and a gas fireplace in the living room. .
With seating for 5 and the ambience of a gas fireplace, Don't forget to enjoy the balcony as the boats sail in and out of Round Lake.

The Edgewater Inn is located on north shore of Round Lake harbor and the Pine River channel with prime drawbridge views. Just a short walk to Charlevoix’s finest dining, beaches, shopping and galleries, the Edgewater Inn is an ideal location for a short getaway, extended vacation, or wedding celebration. One-bedroom/one-bath and two-bedroom/two-bath units offer all the amenities needed for a comfortable home-away-from-home stay.
Each condo is individually owned and uniquely decorated. Stay in a different room every time or find a favorite. With 48 unique rooms, numerous amenities and a friendly staff, the Edgewater Inn offers business or leisure travelers an enjoyable place to stay in the heart of beautiful downtown Charlevoix. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the building, as well as a guest laundry facility. The inside section of the pool is open year-round, while the outside section is closed off October to May.

Location was great. There is no window in the bedroom. The unit itself had an off odor, kind of musty. The fireplace worked but would not stay lit. We would stay at the Edgewater again, but in a different unit. Front desk was very friendly and helpful.

The location is lovely. We really enjoyed the view out our patio overlooking the canal. It's fun to watch the boats go by. That being said, the unit is somewhat dated, very dark furnishings and decor. As some others mentioned, it has a musty smell. Nothing we couldn't adjust to, but when you first walk in, it's overwhelming. It definitely could use a refresh.

Great Location but Condo a Bit Warn

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a really great location right in town with nice views of round lake. The exterior of building is in good shape and living room of condo was nicely appointed. The condition, however, was pretty warm. No strainer in the sink drain, loose cabinet doors, appliances in shaky condition, few hangers in the closet, lamp switches not working well, lights flickering.

Reviewer Comments: Unit 239, unit in rough shape , smell was aweful , the owner backed out of his contract and wouldn’t get out , so I missed Ventician , the management handled it good , the grounds looked aweful , a fence bent so people could sneak in , I had my yacht their for 8 years , weeds between the land scape block floor around pool , Not what it use to be ,

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our particular condo is in dire need of an update. The blanket had a very worn edge and a few holes which made it appear old and dirty. One of the hot pads had dried food on it. There also was an old, musty smell throughout the condo. We love the property and have stayed in a different unit which was lovely. I would not stay in 239 again.
