This place exceeded our expectations! Everything was so convenient from the parking to the beach to the pool. Destiny was awesome to communicate with. I had several questions and she replied so quickly and was so nice. We are considering staying again next year! I would highly recommend it!

This is our third time staying in the Santa Rosa area and we have found our favorite place. From the way the rooms are laid out, to all the amenities and extras included this is by far our favorite stay at the beach we’ve ever had. The balconies and beach access are perfection. The pool pristine, the house immaculate…not one negative thing to say about this place. Wayne was always immediately available for any of our needs. We had the best week with family and are hoping to come again!

This was our 6th year staying at The Villas and as always, it never disappoints. Perfect location to the beach and excellent seafood restaurants. Norma was a wonderful host and the condo was clean and well accommodating. We will be back!
