Home Away from Home

We have stayed in VRBO's throughout Europe and the United States and El Buen Ocio is on the top of our list.The entire house has been renovated first class!The living area and outside patio is amazing and the rooftop terrace views are spectacular!The kitchen has everything you need to cook with high end appliances !The shower was wonderful with plenty of hot water.To top it off,Gail and Allen were so helpful and shared information regarding sights to see We will be returning next year without a doubt.

Family gathering

13 members, from cousins, to siblings and grandparents. We all enjoyed Villa Montesol. Susanna went above and beyond to help set up a flamenco lesson for the all the girls. When the pandemic hit, Susanna also honored our deposit until travel was again possible.

Beautiful apartment. Highly recommend.

The apartment was very easy to find and had abundant parking. It’s a beautiful house located in a quiet neighborhood, which we appreciated after 2 weeks of busy traveling. It was very clean and the bed was comfortable. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

Best decision ever!

We were trying out Spain as a possible future retirement destination and happened upon Xàtiva and Enrique's apartment in our search for a mid-size city to stay a couple months. We couldn't have asked for a better situation. The apartment is large, clean, and perfectly located close to everything you could want. In our 2 month stay we enjoyed all of the interesting historical aspects and monuments of Xàtiva as well as taking the train to surrounding communities. We walked all over town, hiked up to the Castell twice, took the Camino de San Antonio to the Cova Negre, and climbed the Bell tower at the Colegiata. One day we met the owner of the home where Rodrigo de Borja was born and he opened his home so we could go inside! The people of Xàtiva are warm and welcoming. We made great friends at the restaurant/bar next to the apartment as well as frequent visits to the old market area on the weekend nights. If business or pleasure takes you to Xàtiva, stay in this apartment!
