This property was perfect for our family vacation to Orlando. Traffic getting to and from Orlando can be a nuisance, especially on the weekend. But this property is perfectly located between Disney and Universal. The private pool was a hit with all the kids and teens. Property management was very quick to respond when we had some minor issues upon arrival. Overall, this property was perfect for our group of 7. Will definitely stay here next time we’re in Orlando.

We stayed at the apartment for a quick weekend getaway. The place was very clean and well maintained. The check in and out process was efficient and easy. The location is walkable to downtown Winter Garden, which has a lot of great restaurants and shops along with the Saturday Farmers Market. Highly recommend this place to stay.

My mom and two of my daughters stayed here with me for 5 days. It was great to have two bathrooms and there was plenty of space for sleeping. The house was updated, clean and had a good use of space. Communication with the property owner was prompt and super helpful. Check-in and check-out was super easy. It was a 12-15 minute drive to the Orange County Convention Center which is where we spent most of our time. It was also in close proximity to Universal and Disney parks.

This home is small and quaint in a nice historic neighborhood. You will be staying right down the road from Universal Studios and everything else. The property owner is extremely responsive and helpful. She was so helpful when I asked to extend my stay.

Great house! One caveat was they were still cleaning when we arrived, but we were swimming at the resort, so no worries...but I'm sure they had to rush then...bedding not on our bed but in dryer...no biggie. The pool heater was not on and we had to call about it the next day and they turned it on. Very attentive when we called. Would definitely stay here again!

Stayed for 3 night… perfect location… plenty of room!!! Easy access. Great floor plan. Would stay again without hesitation.

There was plenty of bed space. I would suggest better cooling in game room. Also, the downstairs bedroom had a knob off the chest of drawers when we got there. I just realized I forgot to run the dishwasher. I’m sorry. The house was perfect. We enjoyed our time and will definitely check for availability on our next trip to Orlando. Thank you for helping to contribute to a great family vacation!
