Peaceful and easy

I stayed at the serviced appartments for two months and had an amazing time. The staff was always friendly, forthcoming and flexible and the location itself is very modern and clean. The shared pool, rooftop terrace, kitchen and large living room are great spaces to relax after work. The cleaning of my room as well as laundry and ironing service every two days gave me a lot of time to dedicate to getting to know Singapore and meeting with colleagues, locals or other expats while keeping my time concerned with housework to a minimum. Overall, I had an amazing time in Singapore and my accomodation definitely contributed a big part to this experience.

We enjoyed our stay at Alocassia. The rooms and many amenities made us feel comfortable. Communication with Kelvin and all the staff was easy as they were friendly and very helpful. The location made it very easy to get around. We look forward to returning when we visit Singapore again.

The property was very spacious and the neighborhood was very quite. It was centrally located. It was extremely clean. Check-in and checkout was seamless. The hostess was very accommodating.

The room was comfortable, the host was very kind, and we had a great time together. I would choose to stay here again if given the chance.

The property is spacious and clean. Housekeeping comes every other day and does a great job. Under 15 mins by public transit to Orchard Road (shopping/dining) and the Botanic Gardens. Easy and prompt communication over email. Everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful. The front desk lent us umbrellas one rainy day. We had a couple of small issues over the course of three weeks and they were addressed immediately. A very small downside: The kitchen is not adequately equipped for cooking a proper meal (preparing breakfast and reheating food are fine). There's only one small and expensive supermarket within walking distance. Food (hawker) centers require a bus or the MRT. But there is a restaurant in the building next door (which we only discovered late in our stay; the food is varied, affordable, and excellent). But the upsides more than made up for the downside. Would definitely stay again!
