  • Great location!

"We shared this house with another family and it was perfect. The upstairs and downstairs living rooms and large deck gave us plenty of room to spread out. The open kitchen made it easy for us to cook and eat together. The location couldn't be better - just a few blocks from the center of Seaside and a beach access across the street. We would stay here again for sure!"

  • Great Location

"My family of 8, 6 adults and 2 children, stayed here for 5 days. The location is fantastic. I was worried about the walk to the beach, but it was very short and easy. Crossing 30A is a snap as cars stop for the cross walks. The condo is beautiful and spacious. It was very clean when we arrived. The beds are incredibly comfortable. The plantation shutters keep the rooms dark enough to sleep late. I can't say enough good things about the management staff. They were very accommodating and friendly. We had an issue with the ice maker on arrival and a repair man was there in 10 minutes. It was a small issue and fixed in 5 minutes. We loved walking to The Pig restaurant for lunch, dinner and breakfast. There are many places to eat within walking distance. The beach was beautiful and not crowded. The pool is large and right in front of the condos. This will be our next vacation destination."

  • Great place and location

"We would give Beachbummin' 4.5 stars if that were an option. We absolutely loved the location being so close to the beach and an easy bike ride into Seaside. Having our own reserved parking spot right up front was also a plus! We were very happy to have a clean and bug-free condo as our friends in a house across the street were infested with flying insects during the same week. We loved being able to do our laundry in our condo, too. We loved being on the first floor and have the patio to park our bikes and beach toys. We did, however, hear the neighbors above us stomping around. I would recommend that future renters bring their own paper towels, toilet paper, and dish/laundry detergent as we were only given the one roll on each of the dispensers and the toilet paper/power towels that we were given were very cheap and scratchy. Also, make sure you bring your own spices for cooking as there was only a small salt and pepper shaker in the cabinet. Otherwise, the kitchen had all of the kitchen appliances/tools that we needed (minus a large crockpot). Overall, we would stay at this property again as it was clean and fit our needs for our family."

  • Precious beach cottage. Perfect location!

"This cottage, while older, exudes old school beach charm. We were pleasantly surprised at how much bigger and nicer this home seemed to us than we imagined from looking at the pictures. This place was perfect for our family of 4 (two kids ages 5 and 2) My kids loved the toys and kids books on the shelves, and had a lot of fun playing in the sun room and in the front yard. The walk to the beach and to the Seaside town center was very short, and there is a publix less than 5 minutes away by car. We thought this was a wonderful value for the area, and the owner was so kind and easy to work with. We are already planning our trip back for next summer!"
