Vacation rentals near Delta Park West

Check in/check out process so simple, they provide you with pictures to access the code, eased my mind & check out doesn’t require much from the guest, which is a huge plus when you’re there to relax. The area is safe, we walked to get coffee/breakfast almost every morning @VillaVia. There’s a local pizza place next to it also, we carried out there. We walked to the park, very nice. The Whole Foods store is within walking distance & has a salad & hot bar you can make a meal immediately. Everything we wanted to do was within a 30ish minute drive. We did a hike/bike tour of the gorge-highly recommend. We visited 2 McMenamin locations. The furthest we drove was to the coast & it was approximately 1 hour 45 mins.. The host(s) checked on us at check in, during our stay & before check out, also please note they provide everything! We are fan sleepers & to our surprise there were 2 small fans in the closet. This place doesn’t miss a detail, look no further & just book!

The property was beautiful and contained everything we needed for the stay. The communication from the host was spot on and the binder of information inside the Vrbo had everything we needed to make our trip worthwhile.

First of all, I enjoyed my stay at this property. Even though the weather was up in the 100s the basement apartment was still quite cool and comfortable. The amenities were very nice and I especially loved the harder pillows which I resulted in a restful slumber. I recommend parking on the same side of the street as the trees on the other side tend to drop fruits, flowers and leaves (perhaps some sap too) on the car. My only issue was the lack of privacy in the living room/kitchen/dining area because of the diaphanous curtains. Thicker curtains would be nice. Thanks for the lovely stay.

This rental was pretty perfect for us. We traveled with two senior dogs, and one of them had a major arthritis flare-up (our longest car trip since the diagnosis, so we didn’t realize how much riding in the car would cramp her), so our plans for hiking turned into staying put and just spending time together. Fortunately, this site has a very comfortable back yard and is in a nice neighborhood. We were able to find fun places to eat and shop nearby, and there was a delightful Saturday market. It also put us closer to the Davis Voodoo Donut, which never had long wait the 3 times we stopped in. It was fun hearing the pitter patter of the laboradors upstairs. The bed is very comfortable, and the apartment was clean. The glass doors let in enough light to forget we were in a basement apartment. My only note to future guests is that the fence on one side of the yard and the gate to the yard is on the shorter side. My gals are 11 and 13 now, but when they were younger, they could have flown over the fence after squirrels. If you have dogs who are good about staying with you, or small dogs, this is not a problem. If you have an athletic squirrel hunter, make sure you don't leave them alone in the yard.

Very nice home that was a great fit for our family. Enjoyed the ping pong, foosetball, and air hockey tables. Nice neighborhood and easy access to the coast and the Columbia gorge falls.

Traveling nurse: stayed for 3 months. Wish it was longer. Very safe, gated community. Easy access to Portland hospitals. Family visited on weekends. We docked our 17 foot bowrider and it was amazing to just jump on the boat for a ride after work. If you’re a travel nurse or just looking for a great family getaway, I highly recommend.
