  • Great HH Vacation!

"My husband and I spent multiple weeks in the unit. It was fun to look out to see the lagoon and any wildlife that appeared like alligators. The location is very convenient for walking just a couple of blocks to the beach or Coligny plaza through a private locked gate for owners and guests. We like to play pickle ball so we enjoyed having the opportunity to play on the tennis/pickle ball court located on the property only a few steps away. It was nice to have the second bedroom with a private full bath for our friends to use when they visited us. The owners were great to work with and book our time."

  • Wonderful Time

"We have stayed at Colonnade Club often, but this was our first time in this villa. The updated decor was wonderful, even down to the person touches of family painted art. Plus, the view is one of the best at this Club, overlooking the pond between the 2 buildings and overlooking the 6th tee of Galleon. You can watch the golfer hit their ball in the water and then lean over the edge, wondering if they should try to fish their ball out, unaware of the lurking alligator (which you can see from the balcony). The owner was wonderful to work with; no problems at all and is very approachable. The pool and the poolside area is adequate and very clean. Having the beach locker was great. Colonnade Club is off the beating path, so it is a quiet retreat, yet it is a very short distance to all the activities of Coligny, Shelter Cove and others on HHI. If you like blues/soul/jazz and southern cuisine, check out Ruby Lee's. It is a wonderful place to have a good time and a good meal."

  • Wonderful Vacation!!!

"This condo is simply gorgeous! It is so clean and beautifully decorated. It truly feels like home. We walked to to beach every day and when we were tired of the sand we took a short walk to the pool. My husband and I were able to enjoy golf in the morning and be back in time for the beach in the afternoon. It is a perfect location and so close to everything! We highly recommend it! We love staying here!"

  • Wonderful!

"My husband and I traveled to Hilton Head Island at the end of July 2016. We had a glorious time, helped, not in a small part, by the lovely, peaceful villa at Evian. The villa is fully kitted with everything you may need for your stay. We ate out most of the time and did not use the kitchen for more than snacks and drinks, but it was fully functional with full sized appliances, silverware, crockery, pots and pans. The villa is a great size, and with the balcony overlooking the golf course and a lagoon, there is ample room for everyone without feeling crowded. (Although, as I said it was just hubby and I staying there). Although the villa is part of a building with a few other villas, this one being on the second floor, we heard nothing from our fellow travelers. The area itself is incredibly peaceful with bike/walking paths throughout. There is a pool well within walking distance, with a lagoon close by, too. There are three 9 hole golf courses in the Shipyard plantation with the '19th hole' being just a 2 minute drive away. Hilton Head Island itself is truly beautiful, with lots to do for young people, but do not expect fairgrounds and water parks here - it is kept with nature very much in the forefront. The beaches are second to none! I feel I must mention the beach access here, although it really has nothing to do with the villa or its owners. The beach access for the plantation is fairly close by - a drive if you need to carry items to the beach. But parking requires a pass and it is quite expensive for the week. This is the only reason I did not give 5 stars. There are other public accesses to beaches quite close by (just a few minutes drive off plantation) with metered parking. The owners were very easy to reach and communicate with. Would certainly recommend this villa and would really enjoy staying here again!"
