Tigger’s Tree House Vacation Villa
Make your whole vacation an adventure at Tigger’s Tree House vacation villa, our spacious and luxurious eight bedroom, five bathroom, privately owned vacation home located just two miles from Disney in Orlando. This villa is situated in the vacation home community of Rolling Hills Estates, Kissimmee, Florida, located close to shops, restaurants, grocery stores and attractions.
Surrounded by an array of palm trees and tropical flora, this 3200 square foot vacation villa, is the largest home in Rolling Hills Estates and is situated on the largest lot in the community of Rolling Hills Estates. The large pie shaped lot offers plenty of room to play both inside and outside of the screened pool area.
Enjoy a large, south-facing 30 by 15 foot private heated pool, spa, and six foot circular kiddie pool. The pool depth ranges from three to six feet. Relax with your morning tea or coffee in the south facing private screened in pool area or lay back on one of many cushioned loungers. There is also a west facing sunbathing deck just outside the screened in pool area.
A vaulted ceiling rises up above the large great room, where you will find comfortable, safari themed furniture and a big screen TV, DVD player, and stereo. There is a DVD and video library consisting of children’s videos and popular movies for your enjoyment.
Every bedroom, even the games room, and loft have a TV; totaling 11 TVs in all! Everyone can watch just what they please.
Whether you are finished park hopping for the day or just taking a day to relax with your family, you will enjoy the well equipped games room. For your entertainment the games room comes complete with a full size slate pool table, seven foot air hockey table, and foosball, or just relax on the sofa and watch TV.
Tigger lives large and so will you in one of this villa’s eight bedrooms, three of which are master bedrooms with adjoining private bathrooms.
Snuggle up with a child sized (three-foot) Winnie the Pooh, Tigger and Eyore after a long day at Animal Kingdom in our Hundred Acre Woods Bedroom on the main floor, which includes two twin beds, TV, DVD player.
Your kids will love our new Disney Cars themed bedroom based on the hit movie Cars. This main floor bedroom has three twin beds, TV, and DVD player.
The Princesses in your family will enjoy their own Royal Chambers complete with two Princess Carriage Canopy beds, Princess toddler bed, Princess TV, and Princess DVD player.
Children can live their Disney adventure in a Mickey & Minnie themed children’s bedroom which includes one double bed, one twin bed, a cozy window seat, TV, DVD player, and children’s movies. Cuddle up with a child sized (four-foot) plush Mickey and Minnie.
Children can enjoy privacy in the cozy upstairs loft where you will find an XBox and TV.
Sleeping accommodations include one king bed, three queen beds, one double bed, eight twin beds, one toddler bed, one full-size crib, and three Pack 'n Plays (portable playpens). This provides great flexibility and room for 18 guests without even opening the sleeper sofa or using the toddler bed or crib.
Tigger’s Tree House vacation home comes complete with everything you will need when traveling with children. We provide all children’s items free of charge. Our standard children’s items for this eight bedroom vacation home include: five strollers (two double strollers and three single strollers), three high chairs, three booster seats, three Pack 'n Plays (playpens), two bedrails, two baby monitors, plus toys and books. For your children’s safety and to comply with Florida law, there are alarms on all doors and windows that lead to the pool and spa area.
With a fully equipped kitchen and a Kid’s Kitchen Cupboard which includes Disney dishes just for kids, you will have every comfort of home and more. You will find a full-size refrigerator/freezer (with ice-maker), electric stove, dishwasher and two microwaves. There is also an electric kettle, two coffee makers, two toasters, a crock pot (slow cooker), and a blender. There is an ample supply of cutlery, dinnerware, serving dishes, pots and pans and utensils for your family and for entertaining. There are many plastic containers for packing snacks for the children and insulated coolers if you pack a lunch.
Other vacation home amenities include Cable TV, washer and dryer, wireless internet, free long distance phone calls in Continental United States, Canada, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, Alaska, and North Marian Islands, all bedroom and bathroom linens and a hair dryer in each bathroom. And of course this vacation villa is fully air conditioned and heated.

We just got back from our family vacation at Tigger’s Tree house, and do not know where to begin to tell you how much fun we had!! Our family vacation was the best vacation I have had yet!! Tigger’s tree house was amazing, from the time we landed in Orlando until our tearful departure, our vacation our time at Tigger’s was just amazing!! We had 4 generations there and had some great quality time and lots of fun. From our visits to the Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Downtown Disney, ESPN and Cape Canaveral every day was just so much fun! but for me the greatest time was getting up every morning enjoying the morning birds, sun and swimming with my 4 grandbabies who were all under 2 years old!! They all had a blast in the pools! I miss my morning swims with them already!! Please forward this to Roberta and pass on our Thanks for allowing us to share in her beautiful home!! It was beautiful and the accommodations were great. I will send some pictures soon!!

Just stopping to let you know how much of a great time we had during out stay. Tiggers Tree House was wonderful and we would love to stay again. It had everything we needed and much more. We called the property management a few times and they were just awesome! Overall, everything was just wonderful and we thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home!
