This 2800 square foot house is situated with a fantastic view on enormous Kentucky Lake (which has more shoreline than Lake Superior). An absolute fisherman's paradise, Kentucky Lake is known as some of the best crappie fishing in the world, and just last summer several big largemouth bass and a 10-pound catfish were caught straight off the owner's dock. The house has four bedrooms(all have lakeview) - two upstairs and two downstairs. The upper bedrooms both have a bathroom and each have a king size bed. There is one bathroom downstairs next to the bedroom with a Queen size bed. The other room has bunk beds and another single -- perfect for the kids. Pets are NOT allowed. No Smoking. There is a gas-log fireplace upstairs in the large living room with large surrounding balcony and a stunning view. The upstairs and downstairs both have a large living area(fantastic lake view) with sleeper sofas and leather furniture. Downstairs a wood-burning fireplace and a sauna are situated conveniently nearby, along with a full-size desk for the workaholic. A private heated large (40by20)swimming pool (a four-person jacuzzi which is a extra 100 dollars per rental if used) and a foos ball table complete the perfect vacation spot. PEACEFUL and QUIET!! Situated only three miles from Miller Memorial Golf Course, which has been ranked among the top designed public courses in the nation by Golf Digest, and the best thing is that green fees are only $15!

October-April .. $200/night.  3 night minimum during off season
May-September ... 2000 week Pool open mid May thru mid Sept.
mid May thru labor day the house is rented Sat. 3p.m. to Fri. 11a.m.
Weekly rental only during prime season. Over 6 people 10.00 per night.
100 dollar optional hot tub.   100 dollars cleaning fee from deposit
Single adults below age 25 must be staying with parents.
owners jet ski and or 8 passenger ski boat may be available at 65.00 hr.
Marina close by will rent pontoons for 160 day and can keep at my dock
