***BOOK NOW FOR WINTER*** A great time for family gatherings at the lake. The rates are great, the weather is cooler, the fish are biting, and your s'mores over the campfire will taste great!!
Cedar Creek Lake offers some of the best fishing, skiing, playing, and boating around. It is a short one hour drive from Dallas, approximately 40 minutes from Tyler or Canton, and 3 hours from Austin.
The Lake House features a wall of windows for beautiful lake views from the living/dining area, bonus room, and master bedroom. The lakeside deck is perfect for relaxing and entertaining. The 4 bedroom/3 bath home will accommodate 15 guests comfortably.
The Lake House is on approximately a 1/2 acre of land, on open water, has a sandy swimming area, and has plenty of waterfrontage. There is a large yard for the kids to run and play as well as a volleyball net set up for you to enjoy. The firepit is a great place for roasting marshmellows and the large charcoal grill is perfect for outdoor cooking. If you are staying with us during cooler weather, enjoy a fire in the fireplace. We provide the firewood.
You will have use of one electric boat slip and private pier. The Lake House has a private boat ramp for you to launch your boat or jet ski while you are staying with us. It will accommodate most boats when the lake level is normal. There are also several boat launch ramps close by and we have plenty of parking for your trailer.
You will find books, games, and movies for your entertainment as well as an air hockey table for indoor fun.
I provide a booklet with local information on places to eat, things to do, grocery stores, boat ramps, etc.
Everything is ready for you to relax, play, and spend some time together.

2 nights: $395/night 3/4 nights: $375/night
5/6 nights: $350/night Weekly rate: $2100
FALL/WINTER RATES(After Labor Day - February): $350/night Weekly: $1800
*All rates are based on up to 10 guests. Additional guests are $10/night/guest
*2 night minimum stay required *3 night minimum on holiday weekends.
Maximum Occupancy: 15 guests
All rentals subject to 6% hotel tax.
