This roomy condominium is at the apex of the Marina Terra complex. The upper level features TWO comfortable, spacious suites with marble baths and SPECTAULAR VIEWS. Decorated in a Mexican theme, the entry level consists of the Guest Bedroom, the Kitchen, the Laundry, the Living Area and a Dining Balcony for 3-4 people.
The KING SUITE is decorated with hand-carved Mexican furniture and amazing balcony views overlooking the San Carlos Marina and the Mystical Mount Tetakawi. The QUEEN SUITE is decorated with authentic, hand-carved furniture and great views of San Carlos, the mountains, and the sea. The convenient downstairs GUESTROOM contains 2 twin beds, and it is adjacent to the guest bathroom.

- Walk to just about everything you need! There is a small grocery store at one end of the street and an Oxxo at the other end of the street. The "Beer Store", which offers fish tacos, and of course, Mexican beers, ice, etc., is next door. Gary's Dive Shop is just beyond the lobby. The Embarcadero is a wonderful retaurant right on the water featuring fabulous weekend buffets for about 120 Pesos (about $10.00). For an international upscale eating experience, try "5 Palms" restaurant, located at the end of the street. Pottery, charms, and other delights can be found at "Talaveras Pottery". Ocean Sports, The Chocolate Spa & Salon, Baracuda Bob's Deli, Ruby's Wine Bar... the list goes on and on! ...And if you can't walk to where you want to go, take the local bus, which stops in front of the condo for less than a dollar. It will take you to the beaches, more local grocery stores, and even to Guaymas full service "superstores" like Soriana's, Ley's, and even to stores like Sam's club.

If you would like a taste of Mexico with many of the amenities of home, you have come to the right place. The privacy of the top floor, the spectacular views of ... Tetakawi, and the prime location on the largest natural Marina in Mexico make our condo the perfect place for modest luxury at an affordable price.
The central gardens of the Marina Terra complex create a poolside paradise. Lounge under a palapa by the private pools and enjoy palms, lush gardens, and sea breezes. Take a stroll along the Marina, visit Ruby's wine bar, relax on the waterfront in the Embarcadero Restaurant, or scan the docks for the "catch of the day". This place IS Heaven on Earth at your doorstep!
La Posada Beach is a short walk from the condo. Relax at the La Palapa restaurant right on the beach!
San Franciso Beach is a short drive from the condo. Enjoy swimming with the dolphins. You can walk for miles along this uncrowded beach. Paddle your kayak out to the islands or the adjacent estuary.
Algodones Beach is the best sandy beach in San Carlos. Enjoy a meal and your favorite beverage at the "Soggy Peso" restaurant on the beach. There is an outside shower to wash off the sand and salt.
Named after the Yaqui Indian tradition, Honeymoon Island is a landmark within most kayaker's range on a calm day.
The Cove is an excellent place to snorkel. Although sometimes crowded with locals on weekends, it is uncrowded during the week.
Mount Tetakawi is an ancient, extinct volcano. The signature landmark of San Carlos and our condo, Tetakawi is viewable for miles upon your approach to San Carlos.
The San Carlos Marina is a full service marina with slips, boat storage facilities, fuel, restaurants, fishing charters, & dive shops. Kayaks are free to launch.
Named after a former Governor (and the main thoroughfare of San Carlos), Beltrones Boulevard stretches for 6 miles upon your arrival to San Carlos. It is adorned with palms and flowers year-round.
The ruins of the 1970's movie set include an airstrip and a few crumbling brick and stone buildings. Much of the set was destroyed in one of the final scenes of "Catch 22". Watch the movie, first!
Paddle through a 30 foot cave. The tides rise & fall 1-4 feet as you paddle, so be careful! Start at "A" to "J" to "L" and "K" for a great kayak/snorkel trip. Start early for calm seas.
This is a beautiful Cove for snorkeling. Lots of fish and skates. Turquoise water with a sandy bottom. Watch for boat traffic in and out of the marina.
Eat inside the air conditioned restaurant, or enjoy sights and sounds of dining outside on the water's edge. Buffets offered on weekends.
Bar and restaurant. They will make your fresh caught fish into a full meal for a small price!
Time stands still as a young man rings the bell for morning services. Enjoy from your Master Suite Balcony
A local, small grocery stocking everything from fresh & canned foods, liquor, to 5 gallons of water. The large Bimbo Bread sign is on the outside, near the end of Calle Gabriel Estrada.
A cozy wine bar featuring special dishes, such as sushi night, on Thursday evenings. Located on the Marina malecon. Great views. Wine & Beer.
Right across the street, Evie's caters to hotel and restaurant guests with a variety of menus from breakfast to dinner. Be warned that "endless" cups of coffee are charged "by the cup!" Wifi available.

Restaurant overlooking San Franciso Bay under a huge Palapa. Recommend eating at one of the stools, looking directly out at the water. Cool breezes.
Little market "packed" with just about everything you need. Excellent little meat market, with US style cuts and normally good meat prices.
The Pharmacy, or "farmacia", is located in small cluster of stores. If you need a specific medication, you do not need a prescription. Just go to the pharmacy and ask for the medication. Great prices!
Ley's market is in this mall. Sam's Club & Walmart are just before you arrive on the left, and Soriana's is just past Leys', but you must first bear to the right before you reach Ley's to reach it. Ley's has ties to Safeway supermarkets.

We are rejuvenated at the sight of the sparkling Sea of Cortes and the magnificent Mount Tetakawi. We have discovered the village of San Carlos, a SAFE and SECURE Mexican gem midway along the Sea of Cortes. It is not crowded, people are friendly, and English is spoken often. We like the convenient location of San Carlos, which is about 6 hours south of Tucson, Arizona. Don't look too closely for traffic lights in San Carlos. There are none!

We stayed in this very nice condo for the month of March 2007. It has a beautiful million dollar view of the marina and Cerro Tetakawi. The condo itself is beautifully decorated and the bedrooms and living area are very spacious. Great kitchen. Very clean. Would highly recommend.

We had a great time visiting the condo. Very clean, beautifully decorated and had everything you need, it felt like home. We went for the weekend to do some fishing, the location was perfect right at the Marina. The kids loved both swimming pools, it was hard to get them out.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children.

The office was easy to find and the folks were courteous. They almost couldn't make change for our cash but it worked out... No real problems. I hope to have a chance to stay there in the future.

John, we had a great time, the condo was perfect and we loved it. All four guys felt really confortable. The views from the place are spectacular and we plan on coming down again. We had a ball eating fresh crab taco’s, drinking margaritas on the beach, fishing on the Catch 22, snorkeling and dining out at the numerous restaurants. It was great to be in the same building as the main hotel in San Carlos and we used many of the services they offered, like ice and the fabulous swimming pools. Thanks again for the hospitality.

I just wanted to say thank you for allowing us to stay in your wonderful condo in possibly the best true vacation spot on the planet. We needed to get away and rest and this was the perfect place to do it. Your condo is very clean and comfortable and being so close to the marina, it was a true treat. The only downside to our whole trip was that we chose to drive down..... The next time we come, we are flying! The roads are great and we had no problems at all but it took us 9 hours each way to drive it and that was a bit much for only having a week to enjoy this beautiful paradise. Flying will definately be a big plus! LOL. Thank you again.

We had a great stay, condo is well set up and maintained, people in main hotel were helpful and friendly. We had stayed at Bahia Delphin before, but since my wife is not a diver, she liked your condo better better because the location allowed her to roam about while my daughter and I were diving. Service was great, keys were there and ready for us.

We needed to get away and rest and this was the perfect place to do it. Your condo is very clean and comfortable and being so close to the marina, it was a true treat. The only downside to our whole trip was that we chose to drive down..... The next time we come, we are flying!
