This special condo is located directly on the SAN CARLOS MARINA with just about everything you need at your doorstep. Our guests have TWO EXCLUSIVE SWIMMING POOLS with palapas, palms, and lush gardens. The lobby features WiFi, a business center, and an ATM. The "Chocolate Spa" (of Paris, Las Vegas, & San Carlos) is just outside the lobby. Plus, the front desk can arrange gated parking across the street and exchange currency.
This large condo (1500+ sq. ft.) sits at the apex the Marina Terra complex. The upper level is dedicated to 2 comfortable, spacious suites with marble baths and spectacular views.
The KING SUITE features hand carved Mexican furniture and a large balcony overlooking the marina and the mystical Mount Tetakawi. The QUEEN SUITE has unique sun and moon theme carvings with views of San Carlos, the Sierra Madre mountains, and the Sea of Cortez. The downstairs GUESTROOM contains 2 twin beds conveniently adjacent to the guest bathroom.
The KITCHEN includes Hand-painted Mexican tile, a GE Profile Glass Cooktop, and a dual Kohler Sink. The pleasant LIVING ROOM features hand carved Mexican furniture, stunning views, and the amenities to make your stay comfortable.
There are many beaches to choose from in San Carlos:

We find ourselves rejuvenated near the mountains and the sea. We have discovered the village of San Carlos and its ancient, volcanic peaks overlooking the Sea of Cortes. San Carlos is in a safe and secure location midway along the Sea of Cortes. It is not crowded, people are friendly, and English is spoken often. We like the convenient location of San Carlos because it is only 5 hours south of Tucson, Arizona on a 4 lane, divided highway.
Why the Owner Chose San Carlos
San Carlos lies on the pristine, blue waters of the Sea of Cortes. Enormous whales, pods of dolphin, and an amazing diversity of fish share this Pacific sanctuary. The teeming sea blends with the lush surroundings of our San Carlos condo; an oasis where the harsh desert meets the thriving sea. Hopefully, we have made our condo as comfortable for you as it is for us.

John, we had a great time, the condo was perfect and we loved it. All four guys felt really confortable. The views from the place are spectacular and we plan on coming down again. We had a ball eating fresh crab taco’s, drinking margaritas on the beach, fishing on the Catch 22, snorkeling and dining out at the numerous restaurants. It was great to be in the same building as the main hotel in San Carlos and we used many of the services they offered, like ice and the fabulous swimming pools. Thanks again for the hospitality. Dan
