My family and I stayed here for our brother's graduation from LMU. The pictures on vrbo don't capture the coziness and tranquility of this home. The bedrooms were small, but comfortable. The kitchen was adequately stocked with supplies. The TV was big (and also a TV with DVD or VCR in every bedroom). But, by far, the highlight of this place is the patio. It is super spacious with a cabana, 2 lounge chairs, a fire pit with benches, a small table with two chairs, a grill, and a dining table with 6 chairs. We spent the majority of our time outside on the patio and were very comfortable and relaxed! The patio has two exit gates and when you walk out one gate and look to the right, you see surf and sand. It was an easy walk even loaded down with all our beach gear. The owners have generously supplied all you need for a trip to the beach in one garage. In addition, you have access to the second garage to park your car in. Street parking was ample as well. I definitely recommend this place and would stay here again. I priced all nearby vrbo options and this was, by far, the best deal!
