  The location is fantastic. Hauling stuff to the beach was easy and quick. Minutes to walk to the Boardwalk and Funland yet it was very quiet at night. Condo is well maintained and clean. Murphy bed and inflatable mattress were suprisingly comfortable. Closets and flat space are limited. We had to juggle suitcases each night to flip the beds open. Unit has a coffee maker but it's a 4-cup pot. Passcode for front door, instead of using a key, was fantastic...no worries about losing the key on the beach! Would rent this unit again.

  Owner response: Thank you for the response. As far as the suitcases, it is recommended to our guests in our letter to empty your suitcases in our wall to ceiling storage unit and then best to put them in the car or stack the in the storage unit, so you do not have to leave them on the floor. The 4 cup coffee maker is provided since most of our tenants are 2 adults with or without children. We appreciate all of our tenants stays and comments.

  This was a great little place for a weekend at the beach. Very nice amenities; comfy beds and usable kitchen. Minutes from the beach, great location. Would recommend for an individual, couple or small group.

  This was our second visit with our now three year old son who actually requested the return, "can we go back to the beach we could walk to?" It took us a few hours to figure out what he was talking about followed by an emphatic, "Yes!" Our experience was just as nice as the first time. No pack-n-play, but the toddler mattress had plenty of room on the floor. We did have a rainy day during your stay and were comfortable in the room for the entire day. And, by my Daddy steps, it's 179 steps from the door to the edge of the beach. Many great places to eat next door and its close to all of the Rehoboth family attractions. It's in such a good location that we did not need to drive anywhere once we arrived. Just make sure you bring enough french fry and ice cream cash because they don't take plastic.

  We could not believe our luck. This efficiency seems like so much more. We could barely tear ourselves away from the extremely nap-worthy couch and memory foam Murphy bed. The proximity to the beach, bars, restaurants and shops simply cannot get any better. With the complex being set back from Wilmington noise wasn't an issue either. No expense was spared in furnishing and finishing this place. Plus, the coded entrance means never losing the key! We haven't stopped referring our friends since we've been back and I know our visit won't be our last.

  We had a blast staying at this property. The setup is so clever, it makes this single-room studio feel like one bedroom apartment, at least for a one-week stay, even with two kids (10 and 3 year old). Quiet setting, extremely convenient location, clean, with very good A/C unit, well appointed kitchen, very comfortable chairs in the balcony's sitting area. Squeezing into parking was a bit of a challenge, but we did manage in the end. All in all, a very good value for the money.

  This condo is so conveniently and centrally located that you can park the car and forget about it as a mode of transportation. There are several good restaurants right on that block of Wilmington, including a breakfast/ice cream parlor called Royal Treat, which has become one of my new favorite RB establishments.

  We took our 2 year old boy to the beach for the first time and wanted a nice place to stay with a fridge but without it costing an arm and a leg. The studio was sufficiently large for the pack-n-play and having the Murphy bed down without feeling cramped. But, really, we spent most of our time at the beach so it could have been half the size and we wouldn't have cared. It was an easy walk to the beach and all of the tourist destinations. We're looking forward to our next visit.

  My husband and I took our one year old daughter to Rehoboth this summer for her first beach experience. We stayed in this studio, which was perfect for us. It was very close to the beach and small enough that we didn't have to be chasing our daughter everywhere. It had everything we needed for the time we spent there. I would definitely reccommend this to small families or couples.
