Don't miss out! Majority of our rentals have been repeats for over nine years. They all say it feels like they are at home versus being in a rental property. Our home has 5 decks to enjoy the sound of the surf, breathtaking ocean views, sunrises and beautiful sunsets. This is your ultimate family vacation spot. A few short steps to a life guarded beach, at the quiet end of Sea Isle City but close enough to walk to the board walk, shopping,miniature golf, restaurants, pubs, play ground, basketball courts and let's not forget the Ice Cream parlor! Also for your convenience we have wireless internet access. 8 BEACH TAGS INCLUDED COMPLETELY NEW LOOK! We have just renovated/updated the entire place with new carpets, new windows, 6 new sliding patio doors, new exterior siding, new enlarged decks, driveway pavers, new enlarged outside shower and all new patio furniture. Enjoy breakfast watching the sun rise or enjoy cocktails or dinner watching the sunset on one of our newly renovated decks with beautiful new patio furniture. This ocean front is spotless with all the conveniences of home. Third floor has a very large Master Suite (queen bed) with private bathroom and private ocean side deck. Wake up to beautiful sunrises, as you lie in bed to the sound of the ocean waves. Mid level has a very large fully-equipped kitchen with center island and all the amenities for cooking. Enjoy eating in a large dining area watching the ocean or the bay and/or relaxing in the living room watching the ocean waves come in. The mid floor has a deck with awesome ocean views to enjoy the sunrise and a separate newly expanded deck with bay views to have dinner and watch the sunsets. First floor has three bedrooms and two full baths. The Oceanside master suite has a queen bed and twin bed with private bathroom and private ocean side deck. The bayside bedrooms have one queen bed and the other bayside bedroom has two twin beds with private deck. In total we have 3 queen beds and three twin beds. Sleeps 9-10. Please bring your own linens or you can rent basic linens for approx. $150 - $300/week. Underneath the house is a car port which fits two cars/SUV's and we have a huge paver driveway for additional parking as well. Spacious newly enlarged outdoor shower. Deck furniture includes table, chairs and chaise lounge chairs. (Not to be removed from decks). CHECK in times are any time after 2 PM on Saturday's. CHECK out is Saturday at 11 AM latest.
