The property was beautifully furnished and completely equipped. Everything was meticulous. We used to live in New Orleans and have many old freinds in the area so we had people in for drinks. No one could believe the amenities. The gardens surrounding the house were lovely. It is near Magazine St, a great area for shopping and frequenting the near by restaurants. The owners were very accomodating and pleasant, everything we needed was provided.I have recommended it to many good friends.

Christmas in New Orleans
Christmas in New Orleans
Just returned home to snow and temps in 30s. Our stay in NO featured blue skys and sunshine with colder than normal temps. However our accommodations were great. Easy walk to Magazine and St. Charles. We walked to Jackson on Magazine. Great food. We strolled uptown on Magazine checking out antiques and art galleries. We missed oysters at Casamentos because we had so many options in restaurants. Back in the apartment we had plenty of room for 5 people. The kitchen table(very large) was the gathering spot. Food, wine, conversation and card games. The garden looked very nice but the temperature was not conducive to sitting out. We recommend this location. When we noticed some minor maintenance problems, the owner was there the next morning to fix them. Only caveat is 2nd floor location means climbing so not a good location for anyone with mobility problems.
