This new family built cottage is located in the city limits of Helen on 1 1/2 acres just a few blocks behind the Helen Water Park and within walking distance to town. You'll love sitting on one of the two covered porches while listening to the sounds of the creek in the back yard. On most days you will see wild turkeys walking through the yard. If you would rather be indoors, enjoy a round of cards at the poker table in the game room or sit in the spacious sunroom and enjoy the mountain view through the large picture windows. In the Spring and Fall seasons, open the sunroom windows and let the breeze flow through.
The home features two large bedrooms upstairs with queen size beds and a private full bath in each. Kick your shoes off, lay back and watch TV in bed or, better yet, just lay back and relax.
The main level of the home has bamboo hardwood flooring and ceramic tile. The beautiful full kitchen has Corian counter tops and a breakfast island where you can enjoy your morning cup of coffee and breakfast, or you can enjoy your meals in the dining area. There's also a large full bath with a double vanity on the main level and a separate laundry room.
If you want the feeling of seclusion, but want to be close to all of Helen's activities, then this is the place for you. Stay at our cottage and you'll be glad you did. We hope that you will come again and again!
