Our apartment is perfectly located in the amazing Hayes Valley neighborhood of San Francisco. It is short walk to coffee houses, restaurants, boutique shopping, bakery, and groceries. The apartment is part of a large, 1880's building that is now a 5 unit, owner occupied TIC, and looks out on a garden along one side and a courtyard on the other. It is very quiet, as it is in the back of the property, away from the street. There are locked gates on either side of the property, giving you two means of entering and exiting the property.

The apartment is less than 10 minutes walk to the Symphony Hall, Opera House, City Hall and Civic Center area of San Francisco. Public transportation options are nearby and numerous.

If you are looking for a casual City apartment in one of the hippest neighborhoods, our apartment will be perfect.

  • We are so pleased we chose to stay at your flat in SF. We felt right at home. We love the neighborhood & even went to the SF Zen Center, around the corner, & heard a talk. Also, the bed was extremely comfortable which meant a lot to me as I have a bad back. We will definitely recommend your place to others & look forward to staying there in the future.
