We were to check in at 4pm but we check in at 9pm. When we arrived dirty towels in both bathrooms.

There was dirty towels in the bathroom. Beds not made. Dirty dishes In such. Called to check in and manager told me that we were not to check in until next day. I told him that we were to check in that night. He told me that he would call me back. He waited and call me back 30mins. Later. He said yes I was to be there that night , he would try and get someone over to clear the place. It took 2 hours before someone came over to clear the place. I bel6 I should be refunded for the first night because the place was not ready for my family. The back bathroom did not have hot water.

Great location

The condo was clean and close to the beach, park and Clearwater pool. Michael was very receptive to email and text and helped us with anything we needed. The location is great for families, quieter part of the beach at the north end. We will be back soon!

Nice place!

We found this unit clean, cute decor, well stocked kitchen, great size and layout for my sister and I, but would work very well for 2 couples too. Great location for the price, was a little more walk to the waters edge than we thought, but the large beach was great! We could walk to everything we needed. It was peaceful and quiet in our unit even tho it was spring break. Sweet little screened porch off of both bedrooms. Parking was handy but if you have 2 cars be sure to reserve 2 spaces. Street parking available but expensive. Communication with host was very good. We enjoyed our stay here!
