Floorplan: Lower level: 3 master suites
Includes the fabulous Grand Master Suite (KING canopy bed), with full bath, double sinks, private deck, small living room, yoga/massage/exercise space, writing desk. With floor to ceiling glass doors running the length of the room, once can look out to the expansive jungle and ocean views whether relaxing in bed, sitting out on the deck or taking a shower. There are 2 other Master Suites one with a KING/Canopy bed, and the other with 2 DOUBLE beds. Both have large full bathrooms with views, private decks and glass doors running the length of the room providing for great viewing of the wildlife, ocean and jungle.
Floorplan contd: 2nd level: Capturing the essence of Balinese living, this level features a large living room, dining room, gourmet kitchen, a large full bathroom and an entertainment room complete with a 42' plasma TV/DVD, 3 sofas, and a stereo/IPOD docking station. There is plenty of lounging space both outdoors and indoors with teak lounge chairs, benches and seating tables poolside. The large wooden indoor dining table seats 12 comfortably.
3rd and 4th level, THE Penthouse: Upon entering the 3rd level into the Penthouse's open air living room, one can't help but notice the endless ocean views stretching from one horizon to the next. On either side of the living room are 2 additional MASTER Suites (one with KING, and one with QUEEN) each with Balinese inspired bathrooms. This floor also has a 2nd smaller gourmet kitchen. A circular staircase leads up to a large loft with 360 degree views, where one can relax on the Balinese day bed or sun on the spacious private sun deck--or take in a jacuzzi spa.

We had the most outstanding vacation ever at Villa Perezoso!! The house was perfect and amazing and they have the best staff ! Every meal was incredible and we felt like we were entertained every night by Randall during the meal, it was so fun! Victor took care of our every need and set up all the activities – getting us to the beach, ziplining, atv tour, catamaran/snorkeling, and surf lessons (I think I may still have water sloshing around inside my head…haha). It was comforting that Victor knew many of the people with the tour operators, which we found very helpful as it opened the door for immediate communication and turned into lots of laughs along the way. We’re a pretty social group, so it didn’t take long !! haha The house is so beautiful, with lots of room for everyone and so comfortable at night and the beds were terrific. It was funny how even our teenagers were up early and ready to go first thing in the morning and then we’d all be sleepy, with full bellies, and ready for sleep by about 10pm…..only to be up with the sun and ready to go again….along with the howler monkeys…haha. Not sure what I thought a howler monkey should sound like, but that wasn’t it and so weird, doesn’t seem like that sound could come out of a monkey !?! I can’t say enough about the meals….simply the best !! We really just left it up to Victor and Over to suggest what we might want to try next and we were never disappointed. One night, we were a little later coming back from the atv trip but we didn’t want to miss even one meal at the house, so we asked for just some appetizers….awesome again….wow, we felt so spoiled !! We will definitely be back for another visit, to see more of what we didn’t have time for in one very short week. Thanks again & hope to be back soon !!Did you find this review helpful? We had the opportunity to stay at Villa Perezoso for a week in March. It was an amazing vacation. Costa Rica has so much to offer and the staff at Villa Perezoso only added to the wonderful experience. Victor, Over and Randall were excellent hosts. Food prepared by Over was amazing (everything he made) and drinks by Randall were excellent. I would caution those traveling with younger children that the railings on the balcony and in the stairs inside are not kid-friendly. We had some young children with us and didn't fully appreciate how precarious the balcony and stairs would be. We were able to adapt so it wasn't the end of the world (and, again, staff was incredible). Our hearts are both broken and overjoyed. Broken because we have to leave this beautiful place, overjoyed because of the opportunity we had to stay in this paradise you call home. Victor was attentive to our every need and made it a pleasure to spend a delightful week here. Over and Randall are both fabulous people and great chefs! Talking and sharing recipes and stories will forever be remembered. The meals were truly amazing and we couldn't have asked for anything more, literally! We weren't even at the villa for 10 minutes when we decided we needed to plan a return trip. It was better than we could have imagined. We will return again with our kids and plan a trip with a group of couples. No trip will ever measure up to this one. I can't believe you spend a moment away from this beautiful home, but I am glad you do so we can enjoy it! It was hard to leave and adjust to our climate and surroundings. I see why people visit Costa Rica and end up moving there. I will be contacting Victor today. He and Over agreed to send me some recipes. The food was outstanding. I felt like I was leaving my home when we departed on Saturday morning We also enjoyed our time at Arenal Observatory Lodge, but next time we will spend the entire week at Villa Perezoso. It was an unbelievable week. After my referrals from my good friends my expectations were quite high but your gorgeous place and tremendous staff surpassed them. Costa Rica is a magical place and your villa is paradise. The food was great, the staff were patient and always upbeat. Just grand. I wish I could go back next week. This will definitely be a vacation that is talked about for many years.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, sightseeing, tourists without a car.

Our party of three generations had an amazingly adventurous and serene time at Villa Perezoso. This is an amazing house that comfortably fit our family of 12 family members. The flow of the house is well thought out, the rooms spacious and inviting and the appointments well matched and created an extraordinary escape. The natural surroundings that included a wide vairety of wild life added to the whole exotic ambiance. What truly made this a great experience was the staff at Villa Perezoso. A huge thanks to Victor the house manager extraordinaire. He is sincere, thoughtful and well connected in Quepos. From planning meals, coordinating our various activities and answering our questions about everything Costa Rican, Victor took great efforts to ensure that we had a top notch experience. For the meals, Over was not just a great chef but his personality was the secret ingredient that made every meal special. He was respectful, attentive, and engaging. Through the course of our stay, our kids grew very attached to them. Lastly, what's a great vacation without housekeeping? They did an amazing job keeping the house tidy and clean, not a small task for our group! I'm writing because, after spending last week at your lovely paradise in Costa Rica, I feel somehow connected to you. Thank you, thank you, thank you for sharing this wonderful home with the world. Victor, Over and Cecelia made our stay pure perfection! There were 5 couples and we go on a trip each summer...this one BY FAR, the best one we had ever been on. Victor is a very special perso...although I'm sure you already know that! He truly knows how to read his guests and play to their personalities..the experience wouldn't be the same without him. Loves include travel, villa interior design (importing furnishings and accessories from Bali), marketing our villa property. Our goal is to create the perfect vacation experience for our guests. Why the Owner Chose Manuel Antonio:
To us, Manuel Antonio is as close to paradise as it gets. Our dream was to someday live in a tropical haven, near the beach and somewhere not too far from 'home' (California). Having traveled nearly all the continents and vacationed on many of the worlds' best islands and tropical destinations, upon arriving in Manuel Antonio in November of 2003, we knew we had to live there someday. Not only was the place magical, the views heavenly, the beaches some of the best we've ever encountered but the friendliness of the people of Costa Rica, the emphasis on preserving their beautiful country, we knew when we arrived that we were hooked and that we wanted to make Costa Rica our next home. We found a gorgeous property with some of the best views we have encountered, bought it and started building. With Bali being another favorite destination of ours, we wanted to bring what we loved about Bali to Costa Rica--from the feeling of living outdoors to using natural materials and woods and stones to the top notch service they provide their guests. Our architect did a beautiful job taking our vision and in creating Villa Perezoso (named for the resident sloth), with every room having distinctive ocean and jungle views. We travelled to Bali to have all the furniture and accessories custom built for the property and had it transported to Costa Rica. It was a labor of love building it from the ground up and we love the finished product as do our guests.
