With ocean views from 3 of the 4 bedrooms and the main living area, this home is meticulously maintained and tastefully appointed. Complete with the beach right out of the back door, open land on both sides and an unobstructed marsh view across the street. It could not be more perfectly located! This fabulously decorated vacation home also boasts hardwood floors, granite counter tops, upgraded appliances, a screened porch across the entire beach side of the home, outside wrap-around deck with hot tub, 46'' flat screen TV in the living area, a master suite with private beachfront balcony, a beautiful master bath with a sunken garden tub, Heat N Glow gas fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, and a fenced yard for privacy. The screened and sun porches, which span the entire beach side of the home, are furnished with lots of comfortable furniture insisting that you relax and enjoy the views! There are 4 bedrooms (3 Queen beds and 2 Twin beds) with an additional loft/sitting area that sleeps 2. All linens plus beach towels are included. There is an additional outdoor full bath with shower as well as an outdoor 'sand' shower on the private beach-access walk. After a glorious day on the beach, choose to visit the quaint town of Folly Beach. Once a hippy hangout, development has escaped this eclectic beach town. One of the most desirable South Carolina vacation spots with local restaurants, coffee shops, wine bar, fishing piers and ice cream parlors. Or visit historic Charleston. Only a 10 mile drive, Historic Charleston offers many tours, live theaters, museums, plantations, gardens, restaurants and shopping choices. This vacation home has been completely refurnished for the 2008 summer season. All the new furnishings are top quality designer pieces that will make your vacation special and so comfortable!
