The only vacation rental property of its kind in Austin, conveniently located in a beautiful Historic neighborhood just north of the University of Texas. The property consists of two main buildings - a 4900 square foot, three-story Steamboat Victorian and a 1300 square foot Neo-Tudor cottage. The Victorian features double-decker wraparound porches. Both come with complete kitchens and elegant and comfortable furnishings. Maid service and catering available on request.
The buildings sit on a corner lot under the canopy of enormous pecans and sycamores. Across the street is another large historic house, but the neighborhood is home to an eclectic mix of graduate students and professionals. The neighborhood features extremely walk-able streets and its own mini-town center with a variety of restaurant and cafe choices.
The University football stadium and other facilities are a 20-25 minute walk. Frequent downtown bus service serves the neighborhood until 3am.
The property is ideal for guests who prefer premium accommodations. The buildings can be rented together or separately.
