I started coming to Panama City as a little girl since my aunt and uncle had a beach house here. I have loved the beach forever! I graduated from nursing school, and remember the day exactly that I decided to move down here from Wisconsin.........after shoveling snow to get my car out of a drift, and after my car just barely warmed up when I drove up to the hospital......I said, I'm moving to florida and this was 3 months exactly after I graduated from nursing school.....so I want to retire in this condo one day..so please come on down and help me pay for it......please!!!
Why the Owner Chose Pelican Walk
I've lived in Panama City for about 20 years. I have always LOVED the Thomas Drive area....it's close to everything, but yet off the beaten track. I had looked at almost every condo on the beach before I came to Pelican Walk. From the minute I walked into the unit, I KNEW that this was the condo I wanted. I like the floor plan, I like the fact that the condo only has 10 floors so you rarely have to wait long for an elevator, and I love the fact that our property manager Tommy does just a wonderful job keeping everything looking new.....and, also, the greenery around the condo and the waterfall is simply gorgeous! It may be an older building, but you wouldn't know it and the smaller size of the building and the friendly people, usually add to making your stay feel very much like home.....I hope you try us out!

We adore Marcy. She has the BEST condo rentals in PCB. Her condos are very clean, elegant, full of nostalgia, modern, festively decorated, cozy, & very inviting. We felt so at home during our stay; & so did our two dogs Abigail & Winston. You will have every single thing that you need when staying in one of her units. Her condos are within walking distance to eating establishments & a Dollar General. Grocery stores, fresh seafood markets & fine dining are just a short drive away. We cooked fresh seafood "at home" most of the week during our stay. The complex has two pools; one in which is heated so we enjoyed both of them as well as the hot tub. We will NEVER stay with anyone else! WE LOVE MARCY & HER CONDOS!!! She is the best.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, pet owners, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, girls getaway, sightseeing.

Owner response:It is because of wonderful people like the one that wrote this review, that I love this condo business. I was so saddened, on the other hand when I read this review, that Pelican Walk in June will no longer be pet-friendly. It breaks my heart to have to tell the friends that I've made that they can no longer bring their pets. I hope this policy will change, but I am not sure. It was a joy to meet Tara and her family, Abigail and Winston included, and that they enjoyed their vacation.

We loved staying at Marcy's condo. A very clean, beautifully decorated and spacious condo. The entire complex is very well kept and clean. We brought our 2 small dogs and we never felt crowded with them in the condo. The dog area that the complex has is more than adequate and lots of other dog owners around. The view is wonderful and unobstructed. Marcy is very accomodating and easy to work with. We hope to be back next summer--this time for a week.

Husband and I and our dog, Sadie, had a fantastic week at Marcy's condo. We have been renting condos through VRBO at PCB for 10 years and have never had a unit as clean and well equipped as Marcy's. The decor will knock your socks off. Every room showcases Marcy's unique artistic talent. She is such an easy going, pleasant person to deal with. Back Porch Grill at Pier Park had the best amberjack sandwich and if pizza is what you are craving, Frankie D's is the place. Chicago stye thin crust with favor to die for. And they even deliver. J Michael's has a delicious beef sandwich that is huge and be sure to get it with cheese. Hope we will be able to make this trip an annual event. We absolutely LOVED it!!!

Enjoyed our vacation in this condo. It was our 1st stay in Panama City Beach and we loved it. The owner did a great job and everything was done on time as she had promised. She has done a wonderful job in decorating it too. We cooked some in the condo and enjoyed eating at some nearby restaurants. It's close enough to everything and far enough away from the traffic to relax. I've recommended it to a friend and we look forward to coming back to stay again some time.

My Family and I loved our visit at Marcy's condo!! I loved the extra time and care she takes to each detail!My boys loved her freshly filled candy dish:)! Love,Love the early 11:30 Check in! She works extra hard to offer that and was ready from my family after an early departure from GA with a 3 month old! We will be back!!

Me my family and our dog stayed a wk in this condo and loved it. Even though we didn't get lucky with the weather we got lucky picking this condo. The condo is located just mins. from restaurants,shopping, St. Andrews Park,Capt. Andersons Marina. The condo is very spacious,clean,equipped with everything you need all you need to do is bring your clothes and some food and your set. The owner was great working with and very sweet. For anyone with a pet Pelican Walk is a great place I seen several people with their pets and all was very happy.

I have told all of my friends about this great condo in Panama City Beach. We stayed in 2009 and had a wonderful week. The condo is very clean and is also very comfy. The Pool was never crowded and the beach is very easy to access. Would def. recommend someone staying here!!! We loved it!

My husband and I just returned from a week at this wonderful condo!!! The owner shows her pride and artistic talents throughout the unit, We love the location on Thomas Drive as you are able to get anywhere without traffic tie-ups. Great dining in the area too!!
