  Four couples had a great three day weekend get-a-way. The condo was very clean and beautifully decorated. We had plenty of space with each couple having their own bedroom and bathroom. It was a great location, with lots of restaurants within driving distance. We have hopes of returning next year. It was a pleasure to work with the owners. I would recommend it to anyone with a large family or a small group.

  Loved that each bedroom had it's own private bath! We traveled down from Wilmington to attend the Masters Swimming competition, so privacy was great since we are not related to each other. :) I sleep on a Tempur-Pedic bed at home and hate sleeping away from my own bed, but our bed at this rental was SOOO comfortable!! Everyone else also commented that their beds were comfy. The kitchen was perfect....we cook and do not use processed foods...I was well pleased to see so many pots/pans and skillets. Plenty of cooking utensils, dishes, cups and plastic storage for all the food we cooked. I have never seen a better stocked kitchen in a vacation rental home. The house seems to be built well...did not hear the neighbors at all nor did I hear our other guest that slept upstairs.

  This condo in Pelican Manor was perfect for our large family. It was very spacious and we loved the each room having their own bathroom. We have a large family and have difficulty finding places that meet our needs. We have babies and young kids in our family and this condo meet all our needs, especially with the beach so close. The kitchen was perfectly equipped and had everything need, as if we were at home. We saved a lot of money not eating out because the kitchen was so well equipped. We can not wait to go back next year!

  He house was exactly how it was describe on the website. The house was clean, ideal location and would rent it again. The owner was very responsive to answering any concerns and I would recommend this property to friends.

  We were disappointed with this condo. There was no grill, (what kind of condo doesn't provide a grill?); we had no access to the storage closet on the ground level, though seemingly everyone else in the condo did to theirs. The kitchen was ill equipped, (no griddle, no crock pot). The keys to the condo arrived at my house with postage due. And I had to kill a huge roach that crawled out on to the living room floor as we were sitting there one evening.

  Owner response: These guests are giving me a bad review because I did not return their entire Security Deposit. I kept $100.00 of their deposit to cover bent lamp shades and extra cleaning fee charged by my housekeeper to clean up the extra mess they left behind. They were not promised a grill, or access to the storage closet on the ground level (this is a locked owners closet). The kitchen is not ill equipped - I get postive comments all the time on the well equipped kitchen - however they are right, I do not have a crock pot or griddle - who would expect those items in a rented condo? I did not know about the postage due on the keys when they arrived to the guests. I weigh the package each time, and put sufficient postage. The exterminator comes every month! We try hard to avoid any 'bug' issues. I do not think this review is fair, and I would appreciate VRBO not posting it. Sandy Cashion Owner

  We have stayed at Pelican Manor several times and always enjoy our vacation time there. The accomodations are wonderful with beautiful furnishings and accessories and all of the comforts of home. The rooms are spacious and with four bedrooms, each with private baths and TV's, all can stay very comfortably. The kitchen is stocked with everything you can possibly need. The outside furniture is also nice to sit on the deck and enjoy the views. Great location for relaxation and walks on the beach and plenty of action nearby including golf courses, shopping and restaurants just a short distance away. We recommend it for couples or families for a great vacation.

  My family and I enjoyed this unit on our family vacation over the summer. It was immaculate and very spacious. We really enjoyed cooking dinner together in the well stocked kitchen then taking a walk across the street to the beach to enjoy the fireworks. This condo is in a great location if you want to enjoy a quiet getaway with your significant other, or if you want to experience the nightlife in Myrtle Beach with your girlfriends on a girls weekend. I highly recommend this condo and can't wait to go back to enjoy it again myself!

  We have stayed in this owner's condo several times now and can really find no fault with it. It is always immaculate, tastefully decorated, and we enjoy it very much. We were really pleased to find the kitchen so well stocked with kitchen ware. There is ample parking for all the condos. We would highly recommend it.

  We had a great stay at Pelican Manor for the Carolina Beach Music Awards weekend! The decor is lovely, the furniture is comfortable and even a 42" TV. We enjoyed the fact that 4 couples could stay together with comfortable bedding, King or Queen, and we each had our own bath. The location was great for us, close enough to the activity at Ocean Drive, and yet, quiet at Cherry Grove. It was a great fall weekend, and we enjoyed the wide beach for our walks.
